I enjoyed my entire experience at NeSmith. Sales rep, Tim Peel, helped us out with our purchase. Tim is very friendly, helpful, but most of all he didn't make you feel pressured into making a quick buy, especially with a vehicle you don't want. Tim is the main reason why we traded with NeSmith, also because other dealerships we're the complete opposite of the qualitites I stated.

I received excellent service from NeSmith Chevrolet and salesman, Barry McGlashan. I told Barry the kind of vehicle I was looking for. He showed me several different vehicles. Once I decided which vehicle I wanted, he did not pressure me into buying a different vehicle. I am completely satisfied with the service I received.

I have bought 6 vehicles from Nesmith and Lori has sold my family 2 of those I have never had a bad experience and Lori is one of the friendliest most knoweledgable sales people I have dealt with. On my last purchase she worked hard to get everything I wanted on my GMC. When everything was said and done it was another satisfied experience. Good sales good service Lori and Nesmith will continue to be my dealer for my next vehicle.

We were looking for a car for our daughter and went in...

We were looking for a car for our daughter and went in for prices and payment quotes. Rob showed us several cars and then sat and gave us prices on each and we decided on the Sonic LT. Test drove it and just fell in love with it. Rob was so very nice and so professional and explained everything that was going on. He kept checking on how things were progressing with the loan and kept us informed. We were in and out in about 4 hours, figured it would take a lot longer, but was vcery pleased. Thank you NeSmith you are AWESOME!!!

First let me say this all started on the internet with...

First let me say this all started on the internet with Hannah, a very nice young lady who I later met at the dealer.She put me in touch with Lori Anderson, who sent me all the info I asked for about the 2011 Silverado. My wife and I went to Claxton on Sunday to look at the truck Lori and I talked about, She sent me the vin# so I had no trouble finding it. After another call i agreed to met with her the next afternoon, I also told her about my trade. When I parked and was getting out of my truck I heard some one say you must be the Tillmans, It was lori, from then on it was like Home Coming at the Baptist Church, with everyone we met being si friendly. We talked about the truck which was washed and waiting for us, we asked about a blue truck, Lori went and got it, parked it next to the silver one so we could look at both. We wanted the silver so back inside to take care of the paper work, while Lori was in the back a man came in at sit at her desk and shook our hands and said he was Martin Nesmith, we had a nice chat and I told him that it made us feel special to have the owner or GM come out and speak to us, I bougfht six autos from one dealer over the years and never met anyone other than the sales person I was dealing with. The shop crew did a excellent job with my spray on liner and installing my Acess bed cover. Also let me say the dealership was spotless clean in side and out. Yes I would buy I speak to about buying a new auto. Thanks for letting me do business with Nesmith Chevrolet.............James E. Tillman

I live 2+ hours away from NeSmith dealership. Lori...

I live 2+ hours away from NeSmith dealership. Lori returned my call with info on vehicle and she already spoke with the used car manager and was able to get me a great price on the vehicle I wanted--all this over the phone, in between her meetings and helping other customers. The price included all applicable fees,tax, and delivery to my home. What a way to run a business and making buying a car a great experience--no hassles. Lori called to make sure to tell me when car would be delivered(the very next day). Again great service.

Nesmith Chevrolet was awesome! They made us feel as if we...

Nesmith Chevrolet was awesome! They made us feel as if we were family! Lori saw me walking in, and greeted me at the door! She let me test drive several different cars before I found the one I wanted.She was not pushy! She did not make me sign anything until I knew for sure what I wanted! The also gave me what I thought was a fair price for my trade in! They also have a kids room that my little 5 year old played in while we were getting everything together for the new car. There was also a lady that went out of her way to come let us know there was snacks in the lobby if we wanted some.Wes Asselin also had all my paper work ready in a few minutes after I decided on the car I wanted! The owner came out and greeted us while we were waiting on the car to finished getting cleaned up. Lori kept in touch with me the whole time I was looking she always returned my phone calls when I called her. Lori was AWESOME!!! If you are looking to buy a new car I would highly suggest Nesmith. You know its awesome when I drive roughly 52 miles one way to get there because I was so satisfied with their customer service!THANK YOU NESMITH! I LOVE MY CAR!
