My experience searching, and sorting through ideas for the next car purchase was about what I expected it to be. The sales staff was about what you expect when going into a dealership. Pleasant sales staff,. My experience working first with Colette Erickson, and then Mark Bubba Fortuna eventually allowed my to take my time over the course of a few weeks to ultimately reach a conclusion and decision. I was impressed enough with the care at which Bubba cared for my interest, even though I was about to give up on choosing a Ford, Mark did remain diligent, and presented himself in a manner that keep me interested and engaged in our dialogue and search for the new opportunity. I like the fact he did not get in the way of my decision making, he did not come across as a pushy sales rep. Even though he could not find the car, make and color which I had initially settled on, he remained focused in providing potential options and ultimately the choice I ended up making, just as I was about to leave and venture into another make and Model. Suffice it to say, I would give both Mark, and Collette high marks in caring for me as a customer, and that played a part in my final Decision. Dorian Ford, I would suggest, you continue encouraging your staff to work well with the potential customers community,.. Recognize the hard work and diligent attention Mark Bubba Fortuna demonstrates. Let me say this finally, it’s not a given that car sales reps present themselves in this manner, and I’m satisfied he was there as a sounding representative and listened to me as my decision process evolved and formulated to a final choice for the 2017 Ford Fusion Sport EcoBoost.
