Proud owner of a 2006 Ford Crown Victoria thanks to Rich Devlin. This was the smoothest, most exciting car sales experience I have ever been through. I titled this "Veteran Friendly" because I have seen places take advantage of soldiers and veterans. So, if you are military affiliated and are searching for a vehicle, I would highly recommend this place. Military or not, you'll want to buy here. I traveled from Melrose all the way to Wayland, nervous about wasting my time, and I was so excited that was not the case. It was worth every minute. From what I have seen on the website, every vehicle on this lot is quite a fair price, maybe even more than fair. I felt mine was too good to be true: 2006 with around 55K miles and one owner. Can't deny the truth, it was not a dream. Search Wayland Automotive's inventory and if you find something you like, get there before someone else does!

I went to Wayland Automotive last week to look at a potential car for myself. The sales gentleman Rich was very friendly and very helpful. This place had a good inventory of nice cars and the prices were excellent. Eventhough I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from them I am very pleased with what I saw there and with the man running the operation. Rich presented me with a great deal and he was willing to work with me to get me into one of their cars. I would go back to Wayland Automotive in the future and I recommend checking them out.

I found the SUV I was looking for on Cars.com didn't even need to schedule a time to come look at the car was told anytime. Rich was straight foward with me and made the buying pocess super easy. I would highly recomend them for great customer service.

Just over a year ago I bought my first car from this dealer. I believe we dealt with the owner, who was COMPLETELY laid back. He was a nice guy who was in no way high pressure. Definitely not what you would expect from a used car dealer! He was very upfront with all the pros and cons of the vehicles, and seemed genuine in his descriptions. Over all it was a terrific experience for a first timer, or for anyone looking to buy a used car. Highly recommended!
