Chapman stands behind the cars they sell!

Had a great buying experience from Chapman on Camelback when I purchased my 2014 Infiniti Q60S. We were able to agree on a price and a trade-in value very quickly. There were a couple of issues with the car after I purchased it that were not covered by the Infiniti warranty. Manager Robert Mills and Alan Lopez stood behind the car and fixed everything to my full satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and this will be my first stop next time I'm in the market for a used car or truck.

Great place!!

I was specifically looking for a used CLA 250 and there was a beautiful car here for a great price ! The staff was very nice and not pushy at all I did go home and think about the car for a few days and there nicely followed up a few days later where we agreed on a final price when I KMan I brought my three-year-old who can be quite busy and sassy and they were very understanding of children giving him little cars to play with and visiting with him I was in out with in an hour and 20 minutes they were very timely and efficient !!! Michael was my sales man and he was very helpful and even helped get my remote I left in my rental car back as well as my rental car thanks so much guys

Great service and experience

Just recently purchased a vehicle here, and had a great experience. There was above and beyond service provided by Mike M. and Manager Andres J. Notified them of some issues on the test drive and they handled all of them, no problem. If your in the market for an excellent premium used vehicle, I would definitely recommend this lot and these guys, the vehicles are priced to sell, clean and well maintained.

Highlander

Pretty good response times with my inquiry. However, i did not get to purchase a vehicle from this dealer. I am keeping in contact with them, as they search for the things am looking for in a vehicle.

Second BMW in 6 months thanks to Craig Rusin

My spouse and I are turning in our VW Passat TDI due to the VW diesel scandal. We were so thrilled 6 months ago when we purchased our 328i sedan from Craig that we went back and purchased a X3. The deal was easy and effortless. Their pricing surpassed Tucson BMW and N. Scottsdale by a mile! We had a very specifically optioned BMW in mind and Craig found it with ease. Michelle in finance was beyond pleasant and didn't push "fluff" warranties and options on us. She broke down the contract and financing for us so we didn't feel like we were signing blindly. We are now a two BMW vehicle household and beyond happy!!! There was no attitude...there was no games or gimmicks either. Definitely see Craig Rusin!!! He is beyond great at his job and an absolutely fanatic for the BMW brand. We drove home feeling confident in the vehicle and the deal!

Awesome people to deal with!

The salesman I dealt with was very patient and not pushy at all. I looked at 6 different cars and they were all great deals. When I found the one I fell in love with, they worked with me to make sure I could drive it home. The finance guy was just as helpful. Overall, it was a great experience!

The experience was great and there was no pressure. The building was a little run down but was told they were going to be remodeling next month

Good experience

While the deal handling fees are very high, the price of the car made up for it. Sales rep (Geoff) was very easy to work with and was low pressure. Finance office was quick, informative and no pressure to purchase add-ons. Best dealer experience I've ever had! This is for the USED car office on 12th. Review for the new car office would be 180. I accidentally stopped there 1st. The sales man I talked to to find the used car office was very rude while simply giving directions down the road. I then got stuck in the parking lot because they blocked part of if off with cars, and again Mr personality came out and was very rude and sarcastic. 0 star for the new car office near 8th and Camelback.

I wanna thank bob p. For waiting on me and keeping in touch about the vehicle. When we got in i took the whole fam sat us down and got to numbers jus me and bob P. Bob fought back and forth for me and finally we made a deal awsome deal thx to my man bob.. I also want to thank michele in finance wow what a wonderful lady took a chance with me and had some hope not just a machine at a desk running numbers best experience ive have yet and this is my 3rd car from a dealer lov them, recommended for suree!!! Great Service!

Geoff was extremely professional (and funny!) and is far from any high-pressure sales person. He was attentive and made sure I was able to work my way to the deal I was looking for via finance. Nick was also a great guy to work with and treated me with respect through it all. Overall, these guys are fair and reasonable and I'd definitely recommend Chapman and Chapman Pre-owned stores to anyone.
