I purchased a high end vehicle in April of 2022.

I purchased a high end vehicle in April of 2022. Within 90 days I had a major manufacturers repair. With no place to turn, I called Joe Levak and pled my case. Instead of dismissing me, he took it to Mr. Goldman himself. Together they did me right when they didn’t have to! That’s LEADERSHIP! Thank you for keeping integrity in the auto industry!

Bought a Ferrari, Joe was awesome to work with.

Bought a Ferrari, Joe was awesome to work with. Very easy transaction, no sales tactics and such a great experience in buying a car. Most cars I have bought it was a all day grinding experience. With Joe easy in and out and great follow up on his end. Ask for Joe he is the Man!

These are the absolute sleaziest people around.

These are the absolute sleaziest people around. I am a car collector and bought a car represented by them as a collector car and all original. It had been repainted, fender replaced, electronics inside didn't work, trunk wouldn't close. The list goes on and on. I never post reviews, but don't want others to have the same experience that I have had. When I contacted them, they just keep pushing you off saying all sales are final and as/is. Whatever you do - DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

very dishonest in terms of how the transaction was...

very dishonest in terms of how the transaction was handled, car was damaged in transit and i was ignored. misrepresented service records costing me additional funds. Now dealing with a damaged front end supposedly during transit without resolution not trustworthy

This company is not trustworthy. Do not work with Fernando in Beverly. He's tricky . And the management won't reply to any outreach. They are not interested in satisfying customers. For example they delivered the car with one fob and said I should have realized there was only one because there was only one in the photo. That was after they said they said they would try and find it.

Be careful

The car was beautiful. The salesman’s (Fernando) picture should be in a dictionary as part of the description of a used card salesman. It cost me $2000 to get things that were represented as in working order fixed. They gave me one fob and said because the on line photos only showed one fab I should have know I would only get one. Seriously! I’ve tried to get Mr. Goldman to call me but no luck. They are not a reputable company.

Customer service is really bad.I bought a Rolls Royce...

Customer service is really bad. I bought a Rolls Royce for over $330 000 and Adam and his manager very unprofessional. They do not have any idea about customer service or about their job. In any Dollar store you get better service. They sent me the car with one key and said we can lose the key and is ok.. They mailed the Title with 3 days because overnight was too expensive. Adam didn't know the features of the car not even what it means . He had to Google the feature that is in ad. He didn't tell me that the Rolls 2019 doesn't have the blind spot detector and I realized after I got it at home. I strongly wouldn't recommend to buy from them. Really unproffesional service.

BUYERS BEWARE ! ! ! I bought a vehicle from this...

BUYERS BEWARE ! ! ! I bought a vehicle from this dealership since December 2020 and yet to receive a Title, instead they are giving me runaround. I should have read other reviews about this dealership before I deal with them. They are so dishonest and fraudulent. All they tell you is sham and can never be trusted. I was told they have a clean and cleared Title prior to purchase but to send me that Title has been a problem for months. How long does it take to send a Title that is cleared? Buyers, Please read this review before you deal with this dealership. They will hung up the phone on me whenever I call them. NEVER ! NEVER ! ! NEVER ! ! ! TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING THEY WILL TELL YOU.
