Just bought a car from Marshall Goldman- Cleveland for my son. What a wonderful experience start to finish. Sales Manager - Joe Levak was a true professional that made this the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Highly recommended. Plus where else can you wander through some of the finest examples of exotic cars on the planet?

They are experts in taking clearing codes on smashed cars

They are experts in taking clearing codes on smashed cars so they last for 40-50 miles. And their selection of cars brings customers from hundreds of miles away so by the time issues spring up they can ghost you forever.

I am writing this because RJ Baldwin a sales person at this dealership said he was going to provide an extra key fob for the car and then went back on his word and 2 weeks later declined to send it. There are many other things that happened during this transaction and I will be explaining them in a series of reviews on here and other forums that will clearly indicate that this dealership and RJ Baldwin acts in unscrupulous ways. I will be providing documents that prove my story.

Get ready to deal with cheap people here.

This dealer ship is a horrible place to shop. Called to inquire for a car. A rude guy answered and was snapping at me, eventually started yelling at me as its his right to do so. Worst customer service. No matter what you own, how you treat others will show how cheap and worthless you are. We did not even get to the price yet....

Scamme Dealership - Delivered damaged car

I have purchased a 2017 Ferrari. The sales person noted no signs of damage or paint issues during the video walkthrough of the vehicle or any other known issues. The vehicle was purchased and shipped. When we took the delivery the PPF was damaged and there were at least two large areas of cover up paint done by some extremely unprofessional person. The trunk lock was also damaged and not disclosed. The delivery company noted damages were existing during pick up and not something caused during transportation. Ferrari of Seattle confirmed that the dealership also knew the ignition lock was damaged as noted on the report from Ferrari of Beverly Hills. All this was hidden from me till I paid in full and I got the delivery. Now I am chasing ghosts at Marshall Goldman. I need the PPF and decal money refunded. The pre-sale known issues fixed. I have called the dealership requested the dealership president Jason Kosova's email or phone number multiple times without any response from the sales person, front desk or the leadership themselves. Lookin into legal options now. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I sent a legal notice to which there is still no response. DO NOT PURCHASE HERE AT ALL.

Worst dealer experience of my life!

My experience with this company was the worst I have ever experienced. I bought a Ferrari F430 from them. It was specced out exactly to what I wanted. I offered my 1989 Ferrrari 328 as a trade in. Although, their offer was very low-ball, I accepted. I requested an independent ppi since they were in Ohio and I was in California. I was assured by the salesman that the mechanic was an independent Ferrari expert. The expert called me and said that the car was great with the exception of some scraping underneath the front splitter, and that the clutch had 90% life in it. I requested a email report, however no report materialized. Rather than ship my trade-in to Ohio, the salesman said that I could just drive it to their dealership in Beverly Hills and they would give me a ride home. When I arrived, the local salesman, kept me waiting for a an hour and acted like he was doing me some huge favor by taking my "old" Ferrari, and, of course, no ride home was forthcoming. Finally, the car shipped, I signed for the car, and It looked beautiful. As I drove away, I noticed an engine warning light came on having to do with the suspension. I contacted a specialist in Hollywood, and after their inspection, they found problems which cost me nearly $22,000, including suspension modules that were MISSING! Oh, and the clutch life, not 90% but 50%. After the repairs were completed, I decided to have the car wrapped. One small area had to be re-wrapped, and when the technician removed it, the paint came with it. He said that the there was no prep beneath the paint. These guys sell pigs wearing lipstick. They are a bunch of con men and shysters. Buy from these guys at your own risk.
