We received outstanding customer service from Nick when we purchased our CPO 2016 ES 350. He was extremely knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle and made sure that when we left with the car that we were equipped with plenty of videos so that we could learn more about the features of our newly purchased vehicle. There were some scratches on the bumper and he even arranged to have the entire bumper painted. I cannot say enough good things about Nick. He has been awesome to work with. We would recommend him.
