He showed us the cars and explained the differences. Once we picked a car, he made his best effort to negotiate the price according to our budget. I really had come to a point of not trusting anything a salesperson told me, when Yoon said she had the car I wanted I was skeptical. But Yoon was truthful, professional, and a really wonderful person to do business with, she's one of the very best. Doing business with Yoon was an extreme pleasure. If Hennessey is smart they will do everything they can to keep Yoon happy, she's a treasure.

Car shopping can be a tiresome and time-consuming process. This was my first time buying from Hennessy Lexus. Mike Harris was the salesman helping us in examining the car as well as working with us when it came to negotiation. We also worked with Rich, who was the person responsible for financing. He was a pleasure to work with as well, especially in working his magic to help us get a lower interest rate as well as 2 additional years of warranty. I was originally looking for a pre-owned ES 350. But I found a better deal in the form of a GS 350. I am very happy with the whole process and am extremely pleased with the GS 350. The car has a very smooth ride with plenty enough power to get me in trouble. Thanks again Mike & Rich for staying later than you’re supposed to and helping us close the deal within the day!
