I was searching for a used car for my daughter to go back to school with. Arthur Pigford was extremely helpful, honest, and very transparent in all my interactions with him. He defined what car shopping should be like every day.

My husband and I needed to replace our 18 year old LS400 and wanted to purchase a certified pre-owned LS460. We were dreading the process. Buying a car can be a real hassle. However, we couldn't be more pleased with the experience we had at Hennessy Lexus Gwinnett, Frank Mullin was our sales rep. He was very knowledgeable about what was available, and was also very knowledgeable about all the features of each model year. He was very patient and made sure he understood what we were looking for and our budget. The process went very smoothly and in just a couple of days we drove away in a beautiful pre-owned LS460. We couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with than Frank Mullin.

My breaks are still making the same noise that I heard as I back up as before the repairs.
