Brandon bought us before the purchase at the dealership gave us time to make sure we was comfortable with our decision. Brittany and Zack were very patient with me as I am a single woman of age and there is a lot to learn about hybrid cars. My 2011 RX 350 has been serviced at this location for 12 years and always felt like I was driving a new car when I left the dealership. The only problem is that southern parking lots are full of identical white ones! The ultimate decision was made when one day I got in the car and it wouldn’t start. But I knew that the battery in the key had been changed recently. I got out and looked in the back and it wasn’t my car! It was time to get a car with color and the new safety features.
