Great experience working with Phil Lambert.explained everything in detail and what if anything was needed. I’ve had in the past several Lexus’s and many service advisors. Phil is the best I’ve dealt with. Will be looking for him on my next service.

Not good experience with Brian Emirler’s service.

Not good experience with Brian Emirler’s service. It was not even 6:15 PM. He did not wanted to give me five minutes to call my insurance agent.
