I’ve always received great service each time I’ve had to bring my Lexus in for service. Although my favorite service advisor, Dean is no longer there, James was very helpful when I met him today for the first time.

Love this facility.

Love this facility. I like the open concept. The customer service is on point. Very open about the repairs needed. I did not feel like I was being talked too as if I did know anything about my vehicle. Erika provided great customer service .

Fizza was the only sales person that got me the NX350h I was looking for. She made the buying process so easy. She even gave me regular update on the car?s progress from the build, onboard the ship from Japan and finally to the dealership.
