It was freezing all over the dealership. I was waiting on my repair and even upstairs it was so cold, I needed gloves. I love the dealership normally and the service and people are excellent. This is my second Lexus and this is where I always take my car for repairs, but, this was awful.

Lexus RX 350 reapirs at collision center
Service personnel were very accommodating, especially when they opened the collision center on a Saturday to allow us to pick-up the vehicle when they are normally closed.
