Very clean cars,also great prices on all the cars

Very clean cars, Everybody was friendly and even though it was pouring down rain, I was given very professional service. I would recommend All Star Auto Group to All. Great prices on all the cars.

Worst Experience - Buyer Beware!!!!

We went to this dealership when we read the good reviews on it. We were sorely mistaken. We needed to buy a car for our 16 year old and were thrilled to see that they had a few cars in our price range to choose from. They had one car that we thought was an incredible deal and our salesman, Fred, commented that if we were interested that we needed to buy it right away as it wouldn't last on the lot. Well, we first took it to our mechanic and he informed us that the car had been in a wreck and needed a minimum of $1500 in repairs immediately. Fred claimed that he "had no idea." I don't think so! We should have left, but decided to have another car we liked checked by our mechanic. This car was in good shape and needed a few minor repairs. We asked All Star to make those repairs to which they agreed; however, when we arrived to pick up the car we found that their interpretation of making the repairs verses ours were different! And, since they already made the sale, there was no negotiation. We took the car home and in less than 8 hours after we left, the ignition switch went out. We called All Star and had to argue with them that they should do the right thing and at least tow the car for us since it hadn't even been a day and we already have a major repair! They reluctantly agreed and sent out their tow truck. After we paid to have the ignition switch replaced, we went back to them and asked that they help cover some of the bill. We received a check for a portion of the amount after much negotiation with the owner. Our salesman, Fred, claimed that he "felt terrible" about what happened and would give us an additional amount to help cover the bill. He would not give us the check then, but said he would put it in the mail the next day. Well, we have never received that check, despite numerous phone calls. Overall, this dealership does not disclose issues that they know about with the cars they sell. This was not a good experience at all and we do not recommend doing business with them!

Im Sorry you had Problems with your Honda, we sell over 100 cars a month and have very few complaints. the warranty that came with your Honda is 30 days or 1000 Miles 50/50 and it cover The Internally lubricated Parts of the Engine and Transmission and would not cover an Ignition switch.... when I talked to you on the phone you said your 16 year old could not get the key to turn (a lot of the time foreign cars may need you to shake the wheel to get the key to turn) and he took a pair of pliers and tried to force the key to turn and still couldn't get it to turn. So I sent my Mechanic and a tow truck to your home and when he got there the key was completely twisted off and ignition destroyed.....so I paid $125.00 to have it towed to Honda to have it fixed the bill was $700.00 I Paid half $350.00 even tho that wasn't a Item that was covered under Our warranty and I believed that the 16 year old did the damage to Key and Ignition. you had taken the Honda to your mechanic and it checked out perfect the day before and had no Ignition problems. We try to help our customers when they have problems and believe we tried very hard to take care of this one
