HI, MY NAME IS TAMMY, ITS BEEN A LONG TIME BETWEEN CAR SHOPPING, WHEN I GOT THERE THE STAFF WAS HELPFULL, THE CARS WERE CLEAN, THE PRICES ARE ON THE CARS, I FOUND THE ONE I LIKED, IT WAS BELOW THE OTHER DEALERS PRICES, AND THE PROGRAMS YOU GET WITH THE CAR ARE GREAT, ASK FOR SEAN HES THE GREATEST. Very Very Unhappy!
Bought a 2004 Trailblazer not even 3 weeks later took it to a shop. Found out the torque convertor was bad and metal in the transmission. We had to pay to fix that since we live an hour and a half away and no way to get it to their shop. Faxed them the bill 3 times and they are still claiming that they have never got the fax. Took it to get inspected and failed the inspection due to a tie rod being bad. Then went to get it tagged and got hit with a $50.00 fee because Missouri doesn't honor a 60 day tag! In Missouri it has to be tagged within 30 days or you get fined. I would never go back to All Star Auto again. They are just about the dollar and won't stand behind what they sell.

We are Very Sorry that you had Problems with your Trail Blazer.... we service the vehicles to try to prevent any problems. I believe you sent this before you talked to me and was talking to salesman because when I talked to you, you said didn't have money to repair it and brought it to our mechanic and we had it repaired at no cost to you and it wasn't the torque converter ..... and I believe you are happy now... you probably sent this when you were frustrated by not getting a hold of the right person .....as far as the Missouri fee... we are a Kansas Dealer and Kansas gives you 60 days to License your vehicle and not all other states do.....we are sorry that you didn't know the laws in your state
Nice salesman, no pressure just helpful
Nice salesman met me and as we talked, he showed me cars; some I had seen online and then some I did not see online. He was quick to let me drive several and was clearly just trying to see what I wanted. No big pressure to tell him which one I wanted or when I was going to decide.

Very unhappy with their business practices!
We were NOT happy at all, we were led to believe we were qualified for a loan, they called 2-3 times a day to see when were would be in to PICK up our car, when we went in after driving over 30 min. to get there we sat in the office for nearly 2 hours waiting on their actual APPROVAL just to have them say they were going to try another lender which was fine but what REALLY made us mad is when they told us they would have an answer by 2pm and we NEVER heard from them... they had all of our tax info for the past 3 years a deposit check and they never even called to tell us they couldn't help us to come and get our paperwork, they had over 24 hours to contact us and let us know and to tell us to please pick up our paperwork and NOBODY called us we showed up the following day there sitting in the lot was the car we were planning on purchasing with absolutely no word from ANYONE from the company... that is NO way to run a business!!!! I don't care that they were unable to help us at this time but at least SOMEONE either our salesman,the finance manager or the manager of the company should have had the common courtesy to call us when they said they would and told us SOMETHING!!!! REALLY 24 hours and NO WORD FROM ANYONE IS COMPLETELY UNBUSINESS LIKE! They all need to learn the edict of a salesperson,it's companies like this that give carsales people have a bad name!!!! They did me a favor!!! I found a nicer car for half the money somewhere else with a better warranty!

We are very sorry we weren't able to get you financed we are not a we finance any one car lot we send your application out to the banks and credit union and we have no control over what they do and they won't disclose your personal information to us they send you a letter in a few days and let you know why you didn't get approved We really wanted to sell you a car !
Highly Recommend
From the initial phone call, to finding the car, and making the purchase, the experience with All Star Auto Group was professional, friendly, and easy. There were numerous cars in a range of reasonable prices and the prices were marked clearly on the windows of the cars. That was refreshing since some of the lots had limited inventory, and had given me more than one price for an auto. I spoke with Keith on the phone before going to All Star and he seemed genuine and knowledgeable. When I arrived at the lot, he remembered me and took time to find the car that I was looking for. Mike, the owner of the dealership helped search inventory for the car, answer my questions, and get the purchase completed. The few issues that I found, and expected with a used car, were taken care of quickly and willingly. It has been a reliable car. I'm planning to return to All Star Auto Group in a couple months to purchase a car for my daughter. I absolute recommend All Star to anyone shopping for a used auto. It was a great experience.

Sold me a Bad Car
They say they checked over car. But same night I bought it the check engine like came on. We call him back he said he have 5 cars that have check engine light on them. Said it had 30 day warranty on it but it is only engine. I think if they know it had check engine light on it they should have told me. Instead of resetting it before I test drove it. When he keep pushing this car instead of one we went to look at, I thought something was wrong. But he keep saying this was the best car in the price range we were looking at. As we were sign the paperwork he told us if the check engine light came on just take to advance auto they could tell us what was wrong with. I

Im Sorry you Had Problem with the check engine light on your car. the warranty on your car covers The Internally Lubricated Parts of the motor and transmission (so Major Mechanical Problems)that being said we recomend you take you car to advance auto or Auto zone they will scan the vehicle for free and tell you what the light is on for,then call us so we will know what we are dealing with. We will help resolve the problem we sell over 100 cars a month and Have very few complaints. we try hard to take care of our customers Please call the office and ask for Mike and He will Help You.
Outstanding!

What a fantastic experience while looking for a used car! We were shopping for our son?s first car, and looked all over KC and the internet for the right used car. We kept coming back to All Star Auto Sales. Not only was the staff at All Star Auto Sales helpful, but the used car inventory was truly top notch comparably. When we finally made our decision on our used car, Mike and Logan at All Star Auto Sales made the process so simple and quick.
