This dealership has a bait & switch practice.

This dealership has a bait & switch practice. I reached out to them regarding a 2022 Porsche Taycan. Richard called me and said the car is the process of being sold and asked me to look at other cars in "inventory". I told him that was the only car I was interested in and he could let me know if the sale didn't go through. A few days later, the car was still listed on Cars.com and their website. I emailed him to see if the car was indeed sold. He said it was. Now two weeks have passed. The car is still listed for sale and the price has gone up by $3000. I believe they listed the car low only trying to sell other cars "in inventory"...I would not recommend this dealership.

This dealership does not stick to the price advertised.

This dealership does not stick to the price advertised. On top of all the other fees, like tax registration, the $899 doc fee; they add on $6 or 7 thousand to the asking price. Wasted my time going there for the advertised price. Really don't appreciate the games.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The whole experience felt like a total bait-and-switch. Their website is super misleading — the prices listed assume you’re already putting $3,000–$5,000 down, which they don’t mention until you’re there. I called ahead, was told the car was in stock at the advertised price, but when I showed up, they claimed there was a mix-up and blamed a guy named Adam for not explaining things. Then, suddenly, the same car was available—but for $4,000–$5,000 more. They even asked for my credit card just so they could “negotiate” on my behalf and brought in their top sales guy to try and close the deal. Honestly, it was frustrating, shady, and a waste of time. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere more transparent.

Buyer BEWARE, Inquired about a 2024 Chevrolet Traverse

Buyer BEWARE, Inquired about a 2024 Chevrolet Traverse advertised online. Vehicle shown was Stardust Metallic in color. The original window sticker shown on the Carfax report showed the Traverse as black. Emailed the dealer questioning this discrepancy. Received several emails from Chris Avalia, none of which addressed my inquiry. After responding to his emails directly asking about the discrepancy, he gave me b.s salesman spin but never answered my question. As I said , BUYER BEWARE.

Angelina is the best!

Angelina is the best!!! For real! So grateful she assisted me in finding the proper financing for my situation! I usually don’t love my experience at dealerships but these guys were great and I felt like I didn’t have to put up with any fluff!
