So Much Knowledge
I love this place because the moment I walked in, I felt like royalty. The salespeople are extremely knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable, especially during a potentially stressful time like buying a new car that is expensive. Diego my salesman showed me everything I asked for and I am delighted with my decision to buy. The service was excellent. He was so knowledgeable about all of the cars I had asked for. My grandfather was a mechanic so; I knew what to ask when buying a new car. You can't get better service than that! Thanks Diego for making me a happy new customer! I am so in love with my car.

Couldnt be happier
I have been buying my cars from 21st Century Auto Group for the past 4 years. The whole staff is great to work with. Steve is a great guy he gives me a great deal every time I buy something new from him. I just bought 2 cars from him last week a 2011 BMW 535i and a 2013 Mercedes Benz C300. I got both cars and they were detailed and very clean and the mechanics went thru the cars and we went over everything together that I had concerns about and Steve made them fix everything I asked for. He was very helpful and got me in these cars right away. Joe the finance manager made the process easy for me explained everything to me and I was on my way. They even registered both cars for me there. I didn't have to wait at all. I would highly recommend them to anyone; I am actually bringing my daughter there tomorrow to buy a new car. Thanks John and your staff for the great service you provide to your customers.

21 Century Review
At first I wasnt happy b/c the car I originally inquired about wasn't available when I visited. But I stumbled into the hands of Diego who changed my experience. He listened to every detail (which were many) and found a vehicle not only better than my original inquiry but at an amazing price. Unfortunately the car broke down three weeks into owning it. When I tried to contact Diego for some direction on what to do I was completely ignored. No wonder the price was amazing. Buyer beware!

SO HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE!!!
I am so happy with my experience with 21st century. Diego was my sales person and I couldn't be happier with my whole experience. From the second I walked in he greeted me by the door and unfortunately they had just sold the car I had gone there for, but he was able to show me something ever better than what I was originally looking for. He offered me the same price that I wanted to pay for the other one and it was a wrap, I am the new owner of an amazing RANGE ROVER (my dream car!!!). I have had it for a week and I've had nothing but a wonderful experience with it. It feel so good driving a good used car In mint condition, or may I say perfect conditions!!!! Its like a brand new car with a great price!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH 21st century for making it possible for me to purchase my dream car. 10000% recommend this delearship!!

Professional Sales Rep
I went to 21CenturyAutoGroup with the mind set that they were going to be like every other used car dealer out there. I was blow away not only by they're amazing car selection but also at how honest, courteous, and 100% helpful the staff was. My sales rep Deigo Garcia worked with me as if I was family and although my credit wasn't that great he was able to help me take the car I had my eye on, home the same day !

BEST DEALERSHIP IN THE AREA!
I am so glad i have found a good dealership right near my house. ive recently went to purchase a car for my daughter who recently turned 17 so i didnt want to be spending too much money on her first car. we found the percfect Toyota camry at such a good price. Joe was our sales person and he was able to go above and beyond all of our expectations. I told him how much we wanted to pay and he tried working a deal with his manager and BOOM finally we got it! and i couldn't be happier. Anyone who is searching for a place near their home to buy a good used car definitely go to them, they know what they're talking about when it comes to selling cars. No pressure and full honestly the whole time and we made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. I am glad i chose to go to 21st century for the purchase of my daughter's car!

Horrible Experience
Don't waist your time. If you are willing to pay 2.5 to 4k more than the price you see online than buy from these guys but, if you HOPE to pay the price you see online of maybe a bit less than do DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. My brother and I traveled from Boston to check out a 2013 BMW 528 XI that was for sale for $32,995. We were ready to buy the car for that price. I had been on contact with the sales people at 21 Century Auto Group for a whole week about bad reviews that I had seen online about related to a $2,600 dealer's fee. I specifically asked about this fee because I did not want to spent 8 hours driving back and forth to a place to then find out the car's price was $3,000 more than what the price was advertise for. As soon as we sat down to talk I ask the question about the fee. Come to find out, after driving for 4 hours they told me the fee (on top of the price) was 4k. The sales rep said he would talk to the manager to see what they could do for me. The manager came to our table and said the best he could do was lower the fee to 2.5k. We got up and excuse ourself and told them that we did not want to waist their time or ours. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HONEST. THEY WILL LIE TO GET YOU TO THER BUSINESS TO TRY TO SELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DONT WANT. THEY DO NOT CARE WHERE YOU ARE COMIG FROM, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME. THEIR ONLY INTEREST IS THE MONEY. DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY.

No complains at all, I had an over all great experience car was in the same exact condition as described. Paint was really clean. Breaks, tires everything was tight. I decided to post this review after seeing a couple bad reviews, some people are just way to up tight to have had a bad experience here . The place is beautiful the cars are beautiful and so is the service. I work in customer service I know what good and bad service is! Anyhow I purchased my car from here had a good feeling and I felt as if I got an extremely good deal and I'm happy with my new car. Special that's to John for going above and beyond

21 century = 10000000!
21st century auto group is the place to go when purchasing a car. I've recently purchased my Mercedes GL-550 and could not have asked for a better customer service from the girls at the front desk who kept refilling my cup of coffee and water to Joseph who was my sales guy. He was really wonderful, he showed me everything about the car and answered all of my questions. Danny his manager was able to give me the price I wanted to pay with no questions asked. I am so happy everything went so well, next time I need to purchase a car i will be going back to them. And i will recommend anyone who needs to buy a car to go there as well!!

The worst place to buy a car !!!!!!!!!!!!
Please do not trust the 5 star reviews. Theres a reason why the majority of reviews for this dealership is one star. The sales people at the dealership are probably the ones giving themselves a 5 star review. Don't trust them or their prices. You shouldn't trust 21 century dealerships anyways. Their cars are likely to have a lot of wear and tear driving on the NJ streets. I was talking to them on a phone about the car that I found online. They said they have it and everything is fine with a car. It took me more than 3 hours to get to their dealership. When I got there it took them a long time before they showed me the car. But finally when they showed me the car that was complitly different vehicle and price that was online. When I start to complain about what happened the guy was so rude and mean to me. He didn't even apologize. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody!
