I visted 21 century auto group looking for a pre owned bmw very impressive showroom great selection and my sales person was very intuitive walked me through the process which very simple i picked out the car i liked best and got a great deal on it enjoying my new bmw and loving it i will decently be back for my next car thank you 21 century

I came to 21 Century Auto to look for a BMW. As soon as I parked the car I was greeted outside by a representative named Igor. This dealership is amazing. Welcoming with tons of great quality cars and wonderful people that are true and honest. While I was there I also spoke with Dima who was ready to answer any and all of my questions in regards to a BMW I was looking to purchase. The car was exactly as described online and over the phone. CLEAN CARFAX and for a pure gem of a vehicle. Dima and Igor were able to work with me and came to a great price that nobody in the area were able to come anywhere near. I currently own the BMW that I was dreaming to own and without a doubt; enjoying every last minute of it. I would absolutely recommend 21st Century Auto Group to anyone who is in the market for a great quality car. Cant wait to do business with them in the future!

Awesome experience! Everyone from receptionist to assistant manager couldn't have been more helpful! My husband is going through chemo right now, and everyone made our buying of our new to us car so easy! I would recommend them to everyone!

Called to ask about a vehicle, got some garbage about "don't negotiate" over the phone when the questions were simple. Decided the 2 hour drive wasn't worth it and expected the hard sell in person type dealership.

I live in AZ - I have purchased 3 cars over the past 4 years from 21st century auto - no surprises EVER - they stand behind their cars and never any usual BS when it comes time to sign and ship. Great company and nice clean "pre-enjoyed" autos...

I had been searching for a car for a couple of months and was trying to find the best deal out there that would make me happy and my wallet happy. I was on my way to my parents house and saw 21st Century Auto Group so I decided what the heck let me stop in. I was greeted right away by a salesman and the receptionist, they were very nice and professional. I asked the salesman to give me a few minutes to browse their inventory for it was my first time here. The gentleman said no problem and walked away. I browsed their very large inventory and was surprised on how many different cars they had and how clean they were. I narrowed my search down to 3 cars I really liked. I found the gentleman who had first said hello to me and asked him to help me and he said it would be his pleasure. I test drove all 3 cars and the salesman explained all the cars to me in detail and was very thorough which I really liked. I finally chose the car I liked, which was an Infiniti, and now was prepared to hear that it wouldn't fit my budget, boy was I wrong. After explaining to the salesman exactly what my budget was and how much I was willing to put down he assured me that he would work with the finance manager and do everything in his power to get my payments exactly where I wanted them. After about an hour or so of going back and forth with the finance manager and my fiancé on my cell phone, we came to the perfect agreement. I picked up my car the following day, it was sparkling and better than when I saw it the day before. I CAN NOT express how amazing everyone was at the dealership and how happy I am that everything went so smoothly. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a beautiful car no matter what make it is, they have a huge selection to choose from. THE WORST DEALER IN NEW JERSEY, PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE , THEY ARE RIP OFF, TAKE ALL THE MONEY IF YOU DONT BUY THE CAR THEY WILL SCREW YOUR CREDIT SCORE BY LOOKING UP YOUR SCORE THRU YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY MANY TIME BECUASE I WENT TO BUY CAR FROM A DIFFERENT DEALER, WHEN HE CHECKED MY SCORE IT WAS LOW I ASKED WHY LAST WEAK IT WAS HIGH, HE CHECKED AND STATED THAT YOUR CREDIT SCORE WAS LOOKED MANY TIMES, THIS ONLY SHOWS RT22 AUTO. THEY AGREED THE PRICE AND WENT TO FINANCE MR. BOYCE HE JACKED UP THE PRICE FOR $2000 MORE, THE SAME TIME WE SAW OTHER TWO CUSTOMERS SAYING THE SAME AND NOBODY BOUGHT THE CAR. DONT WASTE TIME.....

I bought a used BMW x6 from 21 century auto group and could not be happier. I was able to get a good value from my trade. I walked in the door and was warmly greeted immediately by a salesperson named Joseph. I didn't have an appointment but he was available to work with me that day. We walked the showroom and the lot. Needless to say he was knowledgable on the vehicles and steered me In the right dorection. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive car and he actually steered me away from cars that would not have been the best one. I got to test drive the vehicle without Joseph actually in the car with me. That was a first. I honestly fell in love with the vehicle. After some good negotiating I even got a good price on it as well. I would definitely recommend using this dealership. Please talk to Joseph if you do go. My best advice is to go on a day they are not busy early in the week is the day I went.
