AC off Due to High Engine Temp
Coughlin Circleville has had car three times to fix the "AC off Due to High Engine Temp" alert. Had to contact GM customer service to start to get some attention to the matter. GM has started a case. Coughlin gets to work on the car for the fourth time starting tomorrow. (What happened to three strikes and your out?) Hopefully integrating GM into this mess will bring light to the problem and a solution will be found. Having to contact GM to hold Coughlin accountable is sad.

Excellent Remote Buying Experience
Cindy Smith was very professional in helping my fiancée get the car she needed as a single mother of six beautiful and at times very energetic children. Even though I live in Texas and travel weekly on business, both Cindy and Jim were able to deal with my travel schedule. As an example, Jim Buchanan had to repeatedly send all of the necessary paperwork for my signature to several different locations because of my travel. Thanks to both of them, I was able to get my fiancée in an exceptionally safe 8 passenger Chevy Traverse AWD at a fair price with reasonable financing. Even through I am sure that the logistics of working around the needs of a busy mother with six young children and my travel schedule was not easy for either Cindy or Jim, they were always very professional. Thanks again for making it all happen for me and my soon to be new family.

I was turned down at the Pataskala, OH dealership! No one even wanted to talk to me or bother with me. I was very, very discouraged and needed a newer vehicle. Will NEVER contact them or send them any of my business. Please go to the Circleville dealership. They treated me with the utmost respect, and looked for me the cheapest finance rate. Contact Doug Huffine for all your needs. He treats you with respect and was very caring and listened to my needs. Matt found me the cheapest rate and I drove home in a 2013 Dodge Avenger! Just love it! I will definitely go back to this dealership in Circleville, and will send all of my family and friends to Doug and Matt. Dafney was absolutely wonderful ! She did a wonderful job showing me all the cool things my car can do!
