Any Vehicle Sold

Purchased 2016 Malibu JAN 2016, Found body issues that are from factory build. .Offer- Body shop. No, We purchased new vehicle that should be free of any body damages. Offer- Accessories. No, What accessory will cover up any body damage? NONE... I will NEVER recommend this so called auto sales to anyone. They LIE to customers, They will not return phone calls after the first if it pertains to a problem with the vehicle you purchased. Contacted BBB and GM pertaining to this matter. Still nothing done by coughlin. I will only settle for buy back of my vehicle and not trade in value. They will screw you in any way shape or form.... Al Coughlin himself will not return phone calls after complaint was made directly to him...

Best place to buy a car...

When I tell you I had the best experience at this dealership. The awesome feeling I could not describe to you in enough words. Jim the salesman was such a wonderful person to sit down with and he made the sales part of the buying experience such a pleasant & enjoyable moment. I have always had this bad idea that salesman would sell you anything just to get a commission. But that was not the case. It was like sitting down with someone that understood what I wanted & not what they warned to put me in. Not too mention I was Jim's 1st sale. Jeremy the Manager was a pleasure to meet as well. Marty the party finance guy. He had my husband & I laughing the entire time we were there. I would recommend everyone to go to this dealership. They were a great group of people to buy a car from. Thanks to everyone who made my experience a lasting impression...

Quick Service

I was coming home from a conference in Columbus when my tire pressure indicator started letting me know that my tire pressure was dangerously low. I stopped at a gas station to check the tire pressure but it read what it was supposed to so I continued home. The indicator continued to show my tire pressure was dropping so I decided to stop in at the Service Department at Coughlin. They got me in without an appointment. They discovered that my sensors weren't reading the right tire and it was actually a different tire that was losing pressure. They corrected that issue and then looked at the tire itself to see what was wrong. They discovered a large piece of metal in the middle of my tire that I had picked up on the Columbus highways. They removed it and patched the hole. I am very grateful that they were able to help me on such short notice.

2011 Suburban

Our salesman Mark Hixon made the process painless, it took a little longer than expected to finish the paperwork but we were told they were getting used to a new system. Not a huge deal. Signing the papers took about 10 minutes, absolutely painless!!

Excellent, friendly service!!

After an earlier appointment to look at a blue 2013 Ford Focus hatchback at another car lot went sour, we decided to drive through the Coughlin Ford lot. Found a 2014 Ford Focus hatchback in the color I really wanted - red! I named her Ruby! Many thanks to Barbie for giving us a great deal and for the happy ending to our car search!

oil change and checkup

Went for oil change and 25,000 mile checkup. Was in and out quick. A little pricey for oil change, 25,000 checkup with all that comes with that. Mostly checking things. Overall good service.
