Poor customer service salesman Nick Jean Gilles was not helpful customer service manager did not want to listen to my wife he keep over talking her we called our salesman the next day he claim he wasn’t at work he told us to come in the next day nobody told us we had 24 hours it was a plot to make us keep the car they took my 500 down said we can’t return the car no I’m stuck with two car notes disappointed

Well worth the 4 hour drive from Orangeburg, SC to Duluth, Ga. I was in the need for a new vehicle and started my search on cars.com. I put in all the specs that I wanted and searched as far out as I could for a new vehicle. Quite a few dealership came up with some good deals. I reached out to a few but nothing really jumped out at me when talking to these other dealers that I will not name. But on Wednesday morning April 24, 2019 after talking with a salesman from another Atlanta based dealership and not getting a return phone call. I searched cars.com once again and this time I knew the listing was God sent. I was patched through to Brandon Robinson and what a blessing that was. From our initial phone call and explaining what I went through with the other dealerships he assured me that it would not be the case with him and Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Duluth. While checking to see if the vehicle I wanted was still available he texted me his personal cell number, and direct line to his desk that I could call if I needed to, little did I know I would not have to call Brandon back at all HE WAS ON IT!!! His customer service over the phone was out of this world and at that point I knew I would be purchasing from him. On Friday April 26, 2019 I made the 4 hour journey to Duluth and was met by Brandon Robinson with open arms ready to make this process a breeze, through every step Brandon was there making sure we were comfortable, that we didn't need anything and that all of our questions were answered. He walked me through setting up everything in the vehicle and made sure that I was aware of all the features that came with it. Needless to say Brandon left nothing to be questioned. Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Duluth you have a gem in Brandon Robinson even on the ride home I received a call from Brandon just to check on how the vehicle was riding but more importantly to see if we had made it home safe. We thought these folk were super. Miguel Miranda was our salesperson. We found our new Colorado online and then went to the dealership. Miguel went out of his way several times to help us ( For instance we forgot to get the garage door opener out of the old car.) I'd recommend them to anyone.

I have purchased my third vehicle now from Hendrick in Duluth. It is not the closest dealership to my house but I choose to drive there for two reasons. I have had a great experience with Miguel Guerrero in the sales department and I had a really great experience with there service department when I needed some work done on my Corvette. I first bought a new corvette from Miguel in 2016. I came back a couple of years later and bought a used Jeep Wrangler from him. I told him to keep an eye out for a good used one and he did. Recently, I bought a new Silverado 2500 from Miguel. It took me only about an hour to do the deal. He knows I want his best deal right up front. I'll continue to buy all my vehicles from him at Hendrick. Great experiences all three times.
