My Husband and I purchased our Sons 1st car recently. The customer service was phenomenal!!!! Our sales agent was Will Zee. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm welcome and assisted us with a car that we fell in love with. Will and his wonderful Management team ( Jay and Dan) gave us the very best deal on this particular vehicle and we signed the deal. Will went above and beyond going over all the bells and whistles in the car with our Son, so he knew where everything was and how to operate the car. We are so satisfied and pleased with our experience and will be back in the near future to get my Husband his pick up truck!!! Sincere thanks to the entire team!!

Brought my car for an ignition. Car broke down again in...

Brought my car for an ignition. Car broke down again in less than a month brought it back they changed it again. Car broke down again they said I needed a fuel pump ( put a brand new one in 2 months before) so I bought one put it in car broke down again. Family told me to tell them they should have checked fuel relay. Turns out that’s what it was all along. So wasted money on fuel pump not to mention this has been going on for months. After all of that they broke the exhaust pipe and refuse to repair what they broke.

The service department was exceptional at Chevy of Milford. I had the brakes done on my Acura RDX. My tech Alex was knowledgeable and very thorough. The job was done quickly and accurately and Mirwais was very pleasant to interact with during the process. Well priced as well! I would definitely recommend them!


I had the absolute worst experience buying out my lease...

I had the absolute worst experience buying out my lease vehicle. Was told by sales that I absolutely had to buy new tires in order to buy out my vehicle. Causing me to spend another 800.00 my tires were rated at 4.2 and I had to have 5.2 rating in order for the car to be released. After getting new tires my sales man tells me that it was not necessary to buy the tires! The management was not helpful and did nothing at all to resolve this issue. Then they tried to charge 70.00 more for a alignment that I was previously priced at lower. They saw no issue in this. Service and sales have poor to no communication. The team in a whole does nothing to resolve issues and have no interest in the customers concerns.


Responsive, polite

Inquired about a used Canyon Pickup, and received a polite, non-agressive response to my inquiry. I didn't receive a lot of follow up emails, which was appreciated.

Absolutely the worst experience ever, this dealership was a joke to deal with. Nothing but liars. I bought a Chevy Truck. When I came to pick it up, it was suppose to be detailed and ready to go. The truck was wiped down on the outside and never touched on the inside. The inside had coffee stains all over the seat and inside door jam a piece was missing with melted crayon inside. The salesman (Jeff) went and got a rag he proceeded to wipe It down. I stopped him and told him to bring the manager out . Shashi came out agreed it was in very poor pick up condition. He told Jeff the sales man to pick my truck up later that week and have it re detailed , also refill my gas tank , due to our 50 minute drive to get to the dealership. Jeff came later that week and picked up truck for a full detail ( supposedly) and returned truck to my home . I came home from work , inspected my truck and it was still filthy on the inside and outside the coffee stain was still there. It was washed, never buffed and waxed as promised by sales manager (shashi ). My gas tank only had a half tank,, not the full tank as promised. I messaged Jeff immediately to let him know of my disappointment again on the detail to my truck. Jeff never responded back to me. That’s because he got his commission and the heck with the customer service. In dealing with the two managers on our issues (JB) and (Shashi) I will say they are horrible at their job . They have no loyalty at all, and could care less about their customers, who buy an expensive vehicle at their dealership. The detail department all should be fired because they are horrible at their job. I will never ,and I mean never recommend this dealership to anyone that I know. If I didn’t like the truck so much I would have given it back. Horrible experience!!!!!

Mediocre customer service

Went and checked out a car, seemed nice online decent price. Get there and there are signs everywhere “no mask, no service” meanwhile half the staff there are walking around with no masks. Sales guy was clueless (also kept taking his mask off), knew nothing about the cars history and could barely answer any questions I had. Test drive the car, drives nice but it absolutely wreaked like cigarettes... like an unbearable smell. The salesmen claimed he couldn’t smell anything. You could tell the dealership pulled some sketchy stuff because there were rain guards (telltale sign of a smokers car) that had been sloppily ripped off the car, assuming to hide the fact it was a smokers car. I tried asking about what they’ve done or what they could do to get the smell out because I was genuinely interested in the car. Salesmen knew nothing about their interior cleaning process and just didn’t seem at all motivated to make the sale, very lackadaisical. Finally a manager comes over and gives us much more detail / attention, and promises to get the car ionized to get the smell out. Get a call back a few days later that they cleaned it, went and looked again and it still STUNK... pretty sub par customer service experience wouldn’t recommend. I understand the smoking thing isn’t their fault, I was mostly disappointed by the lack of effort on their end to resolve the problem. It was like I was trying to get the guy to sell me the car.

Excellent Customer Service

I emailed Chevrolet of Milford requesting a quote for a new vehicle. Gabriela Gonzalez immediately sent me a quote. We emailed few times until I bought my new car. Because of the professionalism of Gabriela Gonzalez, I decided to buy at Chevrolet of Milford and not another dealership. Hands up to the customer service of the internet process. Goldenberg
