All in all the customer service and work was done to

All in all the customer service and work was done to standard. I wasn’t satisfied about the over all price of the work. The total came out to $6,482.12 when it was all said and done. That seemed very excessive and not to mention that money was taken away from my daughter’s savings accounts which was heartbreaking for my wife and I. On top of it all my key was old and taped together and I was told my key would be taken care of, and it never was. I was never handed a new fob at the time of pick up.

Absolutely horrendous, the one car I bought from them has

Absolutely horrendous, the one car I bought from them has been nothing but trouble. They put all the effort into avoiding their customers and none into satisfying them. Don't buy so much as a candy bar from them.

This dealership is very shady.

This dealership is very shady. They list cars below the actual price on Cars.com and then when you get to their website it says the car is more expensive because the listed price is not actually the price...it's the "financed price" which when you click on the fine print says: The "Finance for" price assumes a $1995. down payment or trade equity that has been applied to the selling price, after all discounts have been applied. Sale price includes bank participation and requires financing with GM Financial. The actual cash price is on one colorado I was looking at, more than $7500.00 more than the advertised price.

This is a horrendous dealership.

This is a horrendous dealership. In around 50 years of vehicle ownership in America, I can say it is definitely the worst dealership we have ever encountered, by far. Today we went in for an oil change, arrived on time. Checking in at the front desk of the Service Department, the Service Manager, Mirwais Hotak, came out from his office and said we better give them a good review this time, to which I responded I will give the review I see fit, based on the service I receive. Mr. Hotak then said "get out" and "then we don't want your business". What kind of place is this ? This individual clearly should NOT be working at a General Motors facility. Just awful. This is a very unprofessional and nasty dealership. By far the worst we have ever encountered.

This is a horrendous and despicable dealership.

This is a horrendous and despicable dealership. In my appx. 50 yrs. of vehicle ownership in America, I can say 100% for sure, Chevrolet of Milford is by far the WORST car dealership we have ever encountered. The worst. Nasty, unprofessional people. The worst we have ever encountered at a car dealership. A true disgrace to General Motors.

So far I've never had a negative experience.

So far I've never had a negative experience. There's usually a lot of humor. Everything is explained before work is done, and other issues than might become a more serious problem. Keep up the work. One more thing Do y'all always pick the nice customers to show up when I'm there.

The people are very helpful and friendly.

The people are very helpful and friendly. A woman named Lisa was so very helpful when I called, even though she was very busy answering the phones. The dealership was very clean and they did what they needed to do to my car, and even fixed another item for free, that I didn't realize was broken. I will go back to Chevy of Milford again. They don't pressure you into getting other work done.

Amazing job

I had my car detailed and it came out brand like it was brand new. Thanks to the manager Mirwais and his amazing crew staff. Job well done 👏. I'll be back again.
