Purchase of CPO NX - Smooth transaction

We purchased a certified pre-owned NX from this dealership in Tucson. Everything went extremely well. Joli our salesperson made all the necessary arrangements for our purchase. My husband drive the car back to Texas and she even had a large snack bag and water bottles to take with him on the trip. The car was for me and joli sent roses with him! Nice touch :))). This was the car we wanted with low mileage and the buying and financing process was very easy. We had attempted to purchase a car from a Lexus dealership in California and it was it was a very poor experience. All is well that ends well because we ended up at Lexus of Tucson Automall!

Awesome find and even better service

I found my dream car off of a website. What makes getting your dream car even better? The service and customer attention paid during the buying experience. From the beginning, the communication with Joli was top rate. She was very easy to contact and gave me attention, even without meeting me as I was 800 miles away in the San Francisco Bay Area. Photos of the car for various angles and the transaction paperwork arrived promptly and I had closed on the car within the week. The real service experience was just beginning though. Me being a road warrior, I planned to drive out to pick up the car. Yes, drive, because I had my special pup with me and it was her birthday weekend. We made a road trip of it. I rented a car and drove out to Tucson, all the while communicating status with Joli where I was, and estimated arrival time. As soon as I dropped off the car at Tucson Airport, Joli was there to pick us up. We got to the dealership and after a small bit of final paperwork, I got my dream car. During this time, my cute little Shiba Inu was treated especially well, and had the run of the place (really dog-friendly place, herd another customer say they wished they brought theirs too). She was able to go about and explore and meet people working there too! The car was in immaculate condition. All the service records from the previous owner were impressive enough, but the care and attention that the staff paid to the car really impressed me. I felt honestly as a used car buyer, I was buying the most expensive new car on the place. It made me feel really good as a buyer. On the way out, Joli presented my pup with a birthday bouquet of roses, and Kyle thoughtfully pulled up directions for us to go to a nearby dog park so my pup could get some exercise before our return to California. Joli was really thoughtful again and checked in on us on our return back to California. I again cannot emphasize enough that the level of customer service and attention for me buying a used car was to the level that I would strongly consider traveling to THIS dealership to buy a new Lexus one day. Local customers, I envy you :) Thanks Joli an Kyle for a great experience!

Just purchased our second certified Lexus

Just purchased our second certified Lexus and again pleased with professional service. Salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful making deal easy. Technical briefing was helpful and business/finance person was professional with never a hard sell on aftermarket products.

In a nut-shell, we are a working family. Had to sell one of our vehicles in 2013 to help ends meet after the recession made both the wife and I unemployed. Aimee Miller and Ken Demski went the extra mile to help us get into another vehicle and solve our transportation issues. After 3 failed attempts with other dealers I was ready to give up but, Lexus of Tucson came to the rescue. Great people that genuinely cared. Next vehicle will be from these folks. Big time THANKS!

The purchasing experience was low key and well executed. I didn't appreciate the hard sell of aftermarket items and extended warranty from the finance person.

A comfortable experience

Dealing with sales persons can be tedious. For some it is obvious the goal is the sale. But, my experience with Joli Gaskell was both pleasant and educational. Her knowledge of vehicles shone though when I asked questions about the Jeep Grand Cherokee that had been traded. When doing the test drive the answers she provided helped me make the right decision. I purchased the Cherokee without regret. Thanks to Joli, whatever negative bias I may have had about working with dealers sales persons, was thrown out the window.
