Difficult situation made easy

Mark Kollar met me in the lot a few minutes before closing. I was dealing with a disabled vehicle I needed to trade in. Time was not on my side, as this was an unexpected adventure during a full week of appointments. He stayed late, helped me decide on the right vehicle and negotiated to a fair price and accepted my old vehicle as trade (knowing full well it was going to be towed in the following day). Mike was the deciding factor of what to offer on the trade and I believe he gave me a fair value. I took the vehicle that evening and finalized the paperwork the following day. Knowing I was short on time. Mark gave me a voucher for car detail and a tank of gas. Something standard, but I couldn't wait. Overall I was impressed with the professionalism and salesmanship of Mark and Mike. It was an experience I left feeling that we both got what we needed out of the transaction.

Best Car Buying experience ever!

Buying a car is never too much fun, however I have a new opinion after my first experience with Lexus of Tucson. 10 star rating, by far the customer service and the purchase experience was truly wonderful. Joli, my sales consultant was amazing, so kind honest and patient, Mike the Sale Manager was super and fun to work with, Cody was so informative and Rick in finance made the process seamless. I have looked at Lexus for at least 2 years, and I finally decided to move forward. This was by far the best experience I have every had at a car dealership. Cheers to the Royal Lexus....They have it right!! Oh, by the way my roses are spectacular! Thank you Carla Savko

Great customer service from sales consultant Kris Bowman

our previous car was serviced at this dealership and we always received great service. Kris Bowman showed us a used certified Lexus and was professional and thorough. Kris made us feel like we were good friends and hopefully will be.

No complaints whatsoever.

It was a good experience from start to finish. Dave Quick was professional and thoughtful. He did everything he could to make it quick and easy after I had identified the car I wanted. The man in the business office was pleasant and easy to work with. The young fellow who demonstrated the car's various features was excellent. I was dismayed to see that they doubled the selling price of my trade-in after telling me there was little profit in a trade-in.

Joli goes Above & Beyond

When our "old" Lexus needed service, it turned into a trade-in for a newer model. Our favorite service rep, Jim Bingham, referred us to an amazing sales agent. Joli Gaskell took the time to answer text messages, and our many concerns and questions, paying attention to everything we mentioned about what kind of vehicle we wanted. We never felt pressured or coerced by her, even after she found the "perfect" car. She was very professional while being very personal. We are "hooked" on Lexus of Tucson, at the Auto Mall. After 11 years of excellent service, which probably extended the "life" of our 1st Lexus, we look forward to a continued relationship with them and their excellent staff.

Marcus Benjamin is an excellent salesperson

I contacted Lexus of Tucson - Automall via the internet since I saw a car online that I was interested in. Marcus Benjamin was the salesperson who contacted me, and he was a joy to work with. I had numerous questions about the car and he was always quick to reply with thorough answers. Pricing was very transparent and fair. Marcus was genuine, and not eager to "play the game" that most car dealers use; you could tell he was all about arriving at a "win-win" agreement. All in all, I can't recommend Marcus enough, and by extension, the dealership.

Program Vehicle

Bought a great program vehicle with low miles and excellent condition. Good price and good trade in for my vehicle. Joli was great to work with in all phases of the deal!
