I would like to commend and recommend the high line group

I would like to commend and recommend the high line group all around. From the minute we walked in to test drive a car, all the staff were extremely helpful, informative friendly and definitely not pushy. The staff included sales with Rocky, Liam, John and Charlie in management , Woody with finance and Chris,in service department ,who went above and beyond. I had a few minor issues after I bought the vehicle, but Chris in service fixed it in a very timely and precise manner. Rocky Chris and John called me several times to made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. They made it so easy to purchase my Lexus that I love!

Absolutely fantastic experience

I bought a 2011 Chevy Suburban. Liam and John were fantastic. Amazing is an understatement. I did not know there are actually car dealerships anymore that go this above and beyond and as pleasurable to deal with. A+++++++++

WILL NEVER RETURN!

WILL NEVER RETURN! Overpriced vehicles, your car value will be cut in half as soon as you drive off the lot. To start, the salesman completely lied about accident on my Maserati Levante SUV. This killed my value and I paid top dollar. Shame on me they never showed me the Carfax and I forgot to ask. On that note he was actually fired a few days after I purchased it. Tires were worn, they also told me they were sport tires and that’s how they were supposed to be. Had many other issues including the head unit which is constantly glitching. Took my SUV over to Maserati dealership so they could advise and it needed new tires, alignment, filters and breaks so added another $5,000 on top of what I paid. Car was poorly sourced and serviced! This dealership has no business selling high end vehicles!

In November 2022, I purchased a 2014 AMC Acadia Denali

In November 2022, I purchased a 2014 AMC Acadia Denali from this wonderful dealership. Mr. Nick was very pleasant and desired to make this a good experience. He did. I am very grateful that God led me to this dealership. I would be a return customer when the time comes for another vehicle. Recently I had to have the brakes replaced. I called the service department and asked if they would do this. The service manager gave me a quote on how long it would take and how much. I live 45 minutes away and had opted to wait for my car. Mr. Chris said he would see if he could get me out sooner. He did. He and Mr. Tony worked on my car and finished it in less than half the time quoted. Hallelujah! The total cost was lower than quoted. The work was done with excellence as if it were their own vehicle. This service department is outstanding and one I highly recommend. I have been telling everyone about this dealership and their honest, excellent service in sales and servicing repairs. I highly recommend this dealership and these wonderful gentlemen. So refreshing to have nice, quality service with genuine people. Thank you, gentlemen! Peggy B.

If I could give Charlie and his team a 10 I would.I had a magnificent experience buying my Lexus, Charlie and his staff made the changes the car needed to be perfect.The communication during the process with John and Woody was up front and transparent. The car needed a lot of TLC and it was done just like Charlie said it would. I cant say enough about The team at Highline, but, I will tell anyone looking for an honest deal to buy from this group. I had an excellent experience in purchasing a minivan at The Highline Group in Lowell. Mark was very responsive in replying to phone calls and texts. Having Highline make unsolicited repairs to the brakes prior to purchase and having the car registered and inspected prior to pick-up were unexpected and much appreciated bonuses.

Made an appointment to test drive and look at a beautiful

Made an appointment to test drive and look at a beautiful c5 corvette. Condition of the car of age was excellent, better than expected. Good price, and my mechanic 100% approved it. Rocky was a great sales person easy to work with, very flexible. Gustavo and John were fantastic. Excellent buying experience. Would gladly buy another from them. Highly recommend at least giving them a chance.

James said "I DIDN'T VOTE FOR BIDEN!"

Just got off the phone with James! I asked about the 2003 SL for sale and also about financing options. I explained my credit is excellent but thought the rates he quoted were high and his response was "Well I didn't vote for Biden!":/ WOW!!!!! Then JAMES proceeded to ask how much I'd finance and my response was probably the entire purchase. JAMES response was this car requires money down!!! Thanks for calling good bye!!! Wow!!! I've purchase over 30 cars in my life with excellent credit and never was told before a credit check by a bank/credit union that I had to put money down especially by a salesman!!! So rude you are JAMES!!!! Maybe if my name wasn't Tyrone I would've gotten treated differently by Mr "I did vote for Biden!" It's a shame in 2023 this still exists!!!!
