Had a difficult problem with my Cherokee Trailhawk. Billy, a top mechanic at Oxendale, explained the problem, pointing out to me what parts were failing. We took the vehicle out on the road to confirm the repairs. All the work was done very professionally. I especially liked the personal attention Billy gave my car.

From making the appointment through to collecting the vehicle afterwards, I was treated with courtesy and nothing was too much trouble. I had many questions about the new truck and each staff member at the shop answered everything immediately and accurately. Great place, great people, great work. Thank you!!

When doing the paperwork, it was a quick process that was surprisingly easy compared to other dealerships. The only thing that went a little off script was the battery of the car being completely empty upon pickup, other than that everything else was top-notch.
