Forced to use Oxendale after Chapman in Payson had no diesel mechanic. They had no problem getting me into their service department. Kept me updated on how long it would take and had the truck fixed in one week.

Got an old 96 jeep grand cherokee and the blower motor stopped working. I replaced the resistor, blower motor, and even the switch control panel to no avail. This is a work car and Barbara understood my need and literally within an hour, had me in and diagnosed. I was out a short time later, with A/C and in AZ, that matters a lot!
