Great customer service! Very great company thank you Rich! I purchased a Tesla and couldn’t be more happy

Went in to look at a car advertised at $38.9k, and they bumped it up to $42.4k in person. It was advertised on here and did not mention any fees. Its because of dealers like these that people don't buying at dealerships. Incredibly disappointed by their business practice.

Great selection of cars but deceptive practices. The prices they advertise are only available if you trade in a car, and use them for financing. Even if you do it’s another ~$1400 in dealer fees. $2000 markup for no trade in and $1000 markup for not using their financing. So a $26,000 advertised price becomes $30,400 plus tax. They say it’s in the fine print of their advertising but I contacted them about a cash no trade deal and it wasn’t mentioned until we sat down to look at the deal on paper. I felt deceived but they replied it’s disclosed on their web site and they did nothing deceptive. Anyway, that was my personal experience. I hope yours is better.

Deceptive marketing practices at the least. Manager told me they had to do business that way to even get phone calls. Never heard of a car costing more if you don’t have a trade in or didn’t want/need financing. Manager also told me they get kickbacks from finance company’s. Seems very shady and unethical at the least. Don’t waste your time like we did….

Came all the way from Palm Beach because I saw a beautiful Toyota Tundra online, best price, low miles, exactly what I was looking for. Once I determined it was a good idea to drive up to Orlando, I went up and was greeted by Rich with the best hospitality. Rich was fair with my trade in, financing, and the price of the truck.
