First experience with a small family owned car lot, and Michael’s Auto exceeded all of my expectations! They were professional, upfront and transparent about everything! The car was as advertised, and the closing process only took a couple hours. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car. I may never buy from a big dealership again after this experience!

Very happy with the Tesla Model Y we picked up from Rich @Michaels Autos. This dealership had large selection of mint condition Teslas and we found one with only 1,100 miles on it. To be honest we had to negotiate but these guys were more negotiable compared to Tesla Corporate dealer. We got a great car in new condition. Highly recommend to work with Rich and Michaels Auto's. We are very happy with our Model Y and are enjoying it every day.

I was in Orlando for a conference and did not have much time to look at a 2019 Tesla Model S 100D that I had seen on CarGurus. Although they were very busy with other customers, Rich and Sidney were able to show me several Teslas, including the one I saw on CarGurus. I was impressed by the number of used Teslas they had on the lot. Within 3 hours, I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted. Rich and Sidney were awesome. They were very knowledgeable about Teslas and it was evident that this family owned business had pride in the vehicles they were selling.
