It was perfect; Matthew was great!
The service Matthew gave was amazing, very knowledgable, friendly, and very helpful answering all my questions. The finance man was quick, very accurate with data, abd best of all; honest! I dont like buying new vehicles but the whole experience was painless!

David gave me such a great deal on my new F-250 that I felt like he almost gave it away! A very friendly and friendly professional individual who knows his product inside out! I would highly recommend asking for him if you need a new vehicle!

Sales staff great, Finance staff poor
Went in on 7/17/18 to buy a 2016 Ford F250 and trade in my 2016 Ford F150. Had a good experience with Matthew Katz and got the deal done. As I was waiting for the finance dept to finalize my purchase, the sales manager asked me if I wanted to pay of finance my ad valorem tax. After discussion and them rechecking, it was determined that I owed no ad valorem tax. Got to finance dept and signed my contract and headed home. After nearly four weeks, I get a call from finance dept saying that they forgot to add the ad valorem tax. After discussion again, it was determined that I did not owe any tax. Was told that they need to send me another contract to sign and sent someone to my house with the new contract. Was told I would get a copy of it that evening. About a week or so later after not getting a copy, I called and asked for my copy and was told it was mailed on Friday. On Tuesday of the next week, I got a call to say that they would bring it to me the next morning at 9:30 am. At 11:30 am still no contact with them. Called to speak with Finance Manager and left my name and number. The finance guy that I had been dealing with then called and said he would bring my copy that evening. He shows up and has a now third contract to sign. Never heard of having to sign three contracts for one vehicle and never got my return call from the Finance Manager. After all of this, I will not be back to Tallahassee Ford. My customer service and quality of work rating is based on Finance depart.

Tallahasse Ford Lincoln has friendly, courteous staff. Matt, Jordan and Nic were very helpful, took time to explain everything and answered all my questions. No one was pushy or tried to talk me into buying anything I did not want.
