Well, customer service and speed of service was excellent 5, but I have to stop doing my services at Toyota because the prices have increased too much, I give a 1, unacceptable for the prices, it is not possible that the oil change increases to 101 dollars, which is 30 dollars above because supposedly the vehicle is 8 cylinders when it has always cost 70 dollars and that is what the store's website says, that the cost of scrap you charged me 2 months ago at 11 dollars and now I pay 39 dollars, in short, the prices of the services are unacceptable. It is my opinion. I am a client who has two Toyota vehicles and I consider it to be disrespectful.

Courtesy Toyota has a great selection of cars. We wanted a RAV4 Hybrid with specific features in a specific color. They worked within the Toyota system to get us the particular car quite quickly. Our salesman, Paul Beesman kept us informed of when the vehicle would arrive. He was helpful with the final paperwork and e we were out of there.

Tam was the sales person helping us. We were interested in this vehicle, but it appeared to be sold. Tam said he would let us know if anything changed. The vehicle did become available after all, and Tam contacted us. We were so happy to get the Rav4 Hybrid XSE we actually had our eye on after all. Tam honored the discounts with trade that was originally being offered. We love our new Rav 4. We love how it drives, and how it looks. Very happy customers.
