Incompetent Vehicle Maintenance Technicians and management

I will NEVER recommend ANYONE to this dealership! I took my brand new 2015 Toyota to be serviced at the dealership due the warranty not by personal choice. My car was scratched while on their lot and in their care, they possibly hit a curb. EVERY TIME I had my car serviced, I had to take it back multiple times because the job was NEVER done right. I had an oil change, found a large oil leak underneath my car the next day. I had an alignment done, it wasnt done properly. The car doesn't drive the same ever since they touched it and the alignment was never fixed after a couple of visits. I had "courtesy" car washes with the services provided. Not only was the car returned as if they dried it with a muddy rag, the paint has swirl marks that now need to be buffed out. I keep my car in immaculate condition but thanks to Courtesy Toyota of Brandon, my car isn't worth xxxx! They try to remediate the problems when you call and file a complait but instead of fixing the problems, they make it worse. Their mechanics have no idea what they're doing!!! And their advisors & managers ( especially Gary Savary) are of no help. DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!! Trust me, you will thank me!

Condescending, not helpful, unauthorized work.

Terrible. Service advisor was condescending, and treated me like an idiot, even though I was well aware of what I was talking about. Never offered a courtesy ride, etc. Hiked down Adamo to pickup my rental car at Enterprise...nice to let a woman hike down the highway by herself. Chivalry is dead there. Spoke to a manager requesting a new advisor, which never happened, had to keep dealing with the same jerk. Performed unnecessary tire rotation and oil change (which I had just done the week before at Goodyear), without contacting me first. Upon pickup, I was flippantly tossed my keys. I asked where is it parked, and he said "I don't know" " Hit the buttons on the remote until you hear it". I will never ever go again and will never refer anyone there. Sandy is a huge jerk and does not need to work with people.

Excellent customer Service at tge Service department

I had an issue with my Toyota Camry 2012, and Chad looked over all the warranties on my car, to see if I had some coverage, but my warranty didn't cover the issue. Chad explained me the prices and the quality of the parts that Toyota offers to its customers. He was very gentle and got my car fixed at the expected time. Great Service!!!

Why so long to see me???

I've stopped coming here for oil changes for about a year, then for some reason came to get an oil change today and I quickly remembered why I stopped coming here. I drive a pretty big 4 door Tundra, and I pulled in the garage which was empty and stood for 11 minutes before anyone helped me. The employees laughed joked with each other but seemed to care less that I was standing around. I'm a 2 time truck buyer from this dealership and sure miss the good ole days when courtesy toyota brandon, showed some "courtesy".

Avoid Courtesy and you will be happier

I tried lease a Corolla from them in 2016. They, quite literally blew off my wife and my attempts to communicate via email and phone. I've taken the Corolla we got (from another dealer) for service there twice and both times they were slow, worked me hard to sell me services that were not required and asked me to spend time in their dirty, old waiting rooms. I've been to a lot of Toyota dealerships across this country and Courtesy is easily one of the worst ones. Far and away. I want to strongly suggest you consider another Toyota dealer for sales or for service. This last service appointment and the robocalls they use to get me to come back convinced me it's in my best interest to go elsewhere.

Great experience

Gene Honeycutt was great. No pressure buying, professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend. We bought 2017 Toyota Camry XLE, great car! Not sorry wee drove all the way to Brandon.
