Our sales man Felix Davila was excellent. We came in for a new vehicle with our trade in (we were not an easy sell.) He maintained extremely helpful, courteous and professional at all times. Staff were great!
I went in about a year ago to buy 2 work trucks (Tundra's) and was introduced to Rollin by the receptionist. Rollin asked what my needs were for these vehicles so I was sure my needs were met. This was after I went to 3 other different dealers to look at other options. Filling in some of gaps to what I was not aware of with the Tundra he actually asked me if I had seen the other options already and if not to compare them to the Tundra to make sure I was happy. (I was very surprised that he actually steered me to look at other options before deciding.) I let him know I had seen the other already at this point and new what I needed and my decision came down to the Tundra or the Ford...from there it was about the numbers and maintenance plans. To make a long story short.. I bought two trucks that day and went back to buy another Tundra for my personal use at few weeks later. I have referred family members and friends to shop them and to date my parents, brother, and 3 friends have bought from Rollin. I would recommend Courtesy and Rollin to anyone who is looking to buy a Toyota!

Staff were very friendly and not pushy
I met with Juan Cobos to discuss purchasing a Toyota Camry. He was an incredibly friend guy who was at no point, pushed me to purchase a car. Out of all of my recent car shopping experiences, Juan was one of the easiest people to work with. Also, the internet division specialist Mona, was also very friendly and got me set up with Juan. To my surprise with everyone at Courtesy I interacted with, even in passing, was very friendly. If I wouldn't have found my ideal car elsewhere, I would have purchased a Camry from Juan. I highly recommend seeing him if you are looking for a Toyota.

I worked with Tommy Whelan. The process exceeded my expectations. He listened and worked out a great deal for my on a fantastic Rav 4. I couldn't be happier! This Toyota dealership doesn't play games. Great cars and great prices. Honest people, fabulous, kind staff. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Unaccountable.
Bought a used Camry, couldn't be happer with the car and the purchasing experience was smooth sailing. The reason I had to buy the car, however, is because I got in a crash in my previous car and had it dropped off at their collision center. For two weeks they sent me pictures of their progress and I was thrilled by the feedback. When I picked it up, it was good as new, no dash lights or anything. Or so I thought. My girlfriend drove it to work the next day, and called to tell me the engine was knocking hard. When I checked the oil levels the engine was bone-dry. The fifteen miles put on without oil utterly trashed the engine and made my paid-off car utterly worthless (had to scrap it for less than a grand). When I went back to the collision center, everyone I talked to disappeared for fifteen minutes at a time to get their story straight and denied any form of liability despite the car being impacted at the engine compartment and a fluid check certainly having been done. I was offered fifty dollars for a trade-in on a new Toyota and told to bother Firestone (where I had the oil changed last) instead, and any further inquiries were brickwalled by flat denial. My income is too low to retain a lawyer (and they knew it) so this is where the story ends. After this abysmal experience, I wouldnt trust courtesy toyota to change my wiper blades. Stick to buying cars here and get the maintenance done far, far away.

Best car buying experience I've ever had!!!
I recently purchased my beautiful new/used Toyota Highlander an I must say this was my best car buying experience ever!!!! My salesman Scotty Harris made the entire process painless! I've purchased several cars over the years and you are at the dealership for hours!!!! Our salesman "Scotty" made promises and he delivered. He provided my husband and myself customer service that your dealership should be very proud of!!! He gave us a sense of security about your dealership,the product that was being sold an it was all done in a timely an efficient manner!!! Purchasing Made Easy!
Everyone was friendly, respectful, professional and went out of their way to make my purchase enjoyable...even people that I did not deal with directly with my purchase. Heather (Internet Sales) was great on the phone. David (Internet Sales) was great on the phone and fast from the time I arrived until I left. Damian (Internet Sales Manager) was great in getting fast trade-in appraisals and with fast negotiations. Adrian (Finance) was great in providing and explaining all possibilities. Special thanks to Pedro (Used Vehicle Sales) and appraisal that bought me a Coke and some crackers, when I was "starving" and for his engaging conversation!

Best Dealership... EVER
Courtesy Toyota of Tampa at 9210 Adamo Drive, Tampa, Florida 33619 is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I am 57yo and have bought a number of cars throughout the years. Although I live in North Central Florida, I have previously driven the more than two hours to Tampa in order to buy a car. I have never encountered a dealership like Courtesy Toyota. I research extensively before making purchases, especially a major purchase such as a vehicle. I shopped on the internet and looked all the way up to Atlanta in order to get the best price. After getting an idea as to what I should pay, we drove to Tampa in order to shop for a Toyota FJ Cruiser. Toyota has discontinued this model and the vehicle is hard to find. Apparently, there were only two FJ Cruisers that met my wants in the entire state of Florida as I write this review. I made appointments to visit three dealerships and only stopped by Courtesy Toyota because they were close to two of our appointments. I am so glad we stopped there. When I walk into a dealership my experience has always been that the sales person presents me with a price, I refuse to pay that price, then the sales person goes to get the manager. The manager comes back and we start the real process of haggling for a good price. They usually start out by telling me how great a deal they can do for me, how many discounts they can give me, and we go back and forth as I tell them how great a deal I REALLY want them to do for me. That was not my experience with Courtesy Toyota. We were met by Mr. Leonard Fuentes when we got to Courtesy Toyota. I told Leonard that we were shopping, that I had appointments, and would he please just give me his best price. After inspecting our trade-in, Leonard came back to his office and made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. The price was so good that I decided to call and cancel my other appointments. But here’s the kicker: Leonard didn’t have the car on his lot. So he tells me that there’s an eighty five percent chance he can get the car from a Miami dealership. My experience has always been that the dealership wants to sell you a car so they present the rosiest possible scenario. Leonard didn’t do that, he was honest. I panicked. I wanted a guarantee on a vehicle that I knew was very hard to get and there would be no more being made. On the way home we stopped at another dealership. This other dealership told us too many lies to list here. They started by telling me there was no way that Courtesy Toyota could sell us the FJ Cruiser for the price they had given us. Then they told us that Courtesy wasn’t able to get the FJ from the Miami dealership. We tried to call Courtesy Toyota but there was a phone mix-up and we couldn’t contact Leonard. I panicked. We gave a down payment to this other dealership. When we got home we had a message from Alex at Courtesy Toyota. He told us that they indeed could get the vehicle from the Miami dealership. I canceled my down payment with the other dealership. What kind of dealership not only gives you a great price but is honest to their disadvantage? I am hard to impress. Courtesy Toyota impressed me highly. I made a point of speaking with the sales manager, Mr. Robert Johnson. I told him how impressed I was with the honest integrity of his dealership and how we were treated by both Leonard and Alex. That’s before I had the pleasure of dealing with David in finance, who has a wicked sense of humor. I would not only buy another vehicle from Courtesy Toyota of Tampa, I will highly recommend them to any of my friends and family. Thanks guys! Principles of honesty and integrity is how a business should be run.
