Great experience
I bought a Highlander last week Salesperson was Joey Soto and finance was with Rick Pintus. They were both a pleasure to work with today. So make sure you ask for Joey when you go to buy a car. Also I visited the parts department for a few accessories and had great help there as well.

Never give up.. Ask for Mr Joiner the best Rep ever
I went in to see the online rep which had been so persistent about getting me to come in while he wasn't available so that allowed me to work with Mr. M. Joiner at Courtesy Toyota Brandon. He was a very polite person he didn't give up on me even after explained about my terrible issues with credit and why he gave me several solutions to get a car but he said we will do all that we can to get you in a car because I told him I didn't believe he could do it that it would need wings and a prayer to get me approved 30 minutes later after casual conversation he came back and congratulated me on my new Kia Optima that he was putting me in to take home. In the middle of all that the online rep never even took the time to try he basically gave up on me passed on a piece of paper. I want to say Mr Joiner you were awesome and pleasant if they had a hundred more like you they would have no problems making sales so for all who reads this ask for Me. Joiner he will go that extra 100 miles for you to go what you want and so deserve .....

Best buying experience EVER!!!
I would like to talk about a man I just became acquainted with in the last week. His name is Tommy Whelan and he works at Courtesy Toyota in Brandon. He is the Internet Sales manager. From the first time he called me to ask about what I was looking for, to the time he handed the keys to my new Toyota it was a first rate experience. Tommy, was patient, and kind, listened to what I said to him and gave me what I asked for to try out. He showed the car features and benefits and test drive. I walked away with not so much as a promise that I would return. But I did, and this time with the wife, I still did not bring in my possible trade. We went through the same procedure, he re-explained the options, to my wife and I then we took the road test. We settled on a car, but after seeing the price, we were concern we would blow our budget, so we said we would sleep on it. The top manager came in and without pressure just asked, what he can do to help make the sale, and he made a suggestion that made the decision to move forward possible.All the time, Tommy and all the managers including the finance guys, were respectful, polite, and educated us on options. We accepted some suggestions, and refused others and they did not push. In all my 30+ years of buying cars from dealerships, the fantastic experience I ever had was here at Courtesy Toyota, there was no scams or wasting of my time. What makes or breaks a good experience is working with someone who understands what you need and can afford, that is Tommy all the way. It's like when you find a good service provider that makes you feel like your business matters, you want to keep on using them when needs popup. This is the best shopping and purchase experience I have ever had. First time in all my years of buying a car that I had to finance, that I looked forward to the purchase, and drove home with No buyers remorse. Man, its a great feeling.

worst dealer experience ever
Do not use them. If you do because they are offering you a good price then make sure you are not going to be screwed over. They lie on their car fax reports. There car fax reports are not accurate. Infact they will perform machanic services and not put it on the report so when you come to buy they can sell the car for a value it isnt even worth. My specific car had 4 recall fixes that was never disclosed on the car fax. They will lie to you and sell you a lemon. Beware. I will be contacting the authorities with my proof. They also paid contracts without telling you. They will pad a contract with maintenance and other service plans without your permission hoping that you will sign it without noticing it. You have been warned

Beyond disappointed
Previously had some servicing done, was pleased and wanted to consider this dealership for an upgrade to a new vehicle. Very disappointed Appears this dealership plays hide and seek. As a buyer (cash) this is not acceptable. Had asked as to automatic “dealer add ons” and dealer fees. Was told and I quote “As far as dealer add ons most customers want lifetime warranty tint and All weather or Carpet floormats $533.00 is very modest add on protection package. If so modest perhaps the dealer should absorb any cost. This is simply a dealer money maker they suck customers into. As to 800 for dealer fees (paperwork) this is another customer fleece. Wanted a straight up price - didn’t get it - just double talk and sales BS

NOTY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
Bought a used Prius from here, was lied to by the salesman after during negotiations after 5 Hours. Didn't catch lie till after. Recieved safety report that car was safe. 3 months later tires are falling apart, according to Courtesy it is a manufactuory defect, not their problem. According to their report they did a tire alignment of vehicle, also needed a lot of other work, have their text documented what they said needed doing. If vehicle needs all this work done inside of three months, what did they do with vehicle before they certified it as preowned. According to CarFax the last time tires were put on vehicle was in 2016. So they sold me a vehicle with 4 defective tires. Left out of office yesterday with request that The General Manager or someone in charge call me. Receptionist took my name and number also my wifes number. We just use cell phones, still have heard nothing from them. Replaced tires myself for safety reasons

Online purchase
Purchased certified Toyota. Was told vehicle checked out. No scratches. All work done. They delivered at night. Too dark to inspect. Hours late in the delivery. They delivered in dark on purpose. took vehicle to my local Toyota the next day. Needed 4 tires, rear brakes, alignment, wipers, fluid, deep gouges on roof, plus other mechanical work. None of which was disclosed by courtesy. They had to pay to fix all items which took over a week to complete.
