Great Service

At first I was a little discourage about purchasing from them because the deal that I was promised was not honored and they wanted to put me in a car that I really did not want. After we established that I wasn't satisfied with their offer, they worked on getting me something that I will be comfortable paying, so it worked out.

AWESOME

Anthony Mata is a great salesman. I was at the dealership on an unrelated matter and got to talking with him about me being upside down on my current vehicle. I had been trying to trade my vehicle in at other dealers, but could never get the deal that would allow me to get into a new vehicle. He convinced me to come in, and was able to get me into a new truck and was able to get me out of my vehicle that I was upside down on. He was very helpful in finding the vehicle that was with in my budget and did an excellent job every step, throughout the whole buying experience. I would recommend Anthony Mata to anyone. Great guy to work with.

CAMELBACK FORD WORST DEALERSHIP

If you ever consider to buy a car DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP ,I have been in a 2 month limbo while they told me the deal was going to happen,bank called to welcome us,the sales man did the same and 2 months later they called me to say "return the car" it didn't get financed now I am 3 months behind on my trade in.. RON manager, Jason Black sales manager Ryan finance manager these employees have told me all the following " Don't worry " " don't worry about your trade in ' "Oh we can take care of the charges on your trade in " ALL LIES Go to another dealership

Great salesperson

Jay Wakine is exceptional to work with. No pressure and helpful in attempt to find vehicle we wanted. Definitely recommend him to deal with at this dealership.

Amine absolutely amazing

I went to Camelback Ford without much hope, see I have been to MANY other dealerships in the past year hoping to trade in my vehicle for one that was not falling apart and always heard the same thing.. unable to get me financed for something that met my needs. Amine Hakik truly listened to what my requirements were and instead of putting me in something I would not be happy with or something I could not afford he came up with a solution that was perfect. Even before the test drive was over, Amine felt more like family than my own brother. I found the whole buying experience hassle-free. Now I am the very proud owner of a new Ford F-150. I also want to thank Anthony Guerrero, the magical finance guru and Jay Johnson who was patient enough to introduce me to all the special features of my new vehicle even though it was well after closing time on a Friday night.

Great job Mr. Mata

Anthony Mata took his time to find a car that was right for me. He was very patient, up front, and honest when showing me what was available and talking numbers. He has been in contact since I bought my car and is doing his best to ensure that I am completely satisfied with his service and my car. Anthony Mata is a great guy and sales consultant. I would highly recommend.

Appreciations for Salesman Jay Wakine:

On Sunday, Jan 19 we bought a used 2013 C-Max SEL for Camelback Ford thru their sales rep, Jay Wakine. Jay is a true gentleman. No pressure. Did his best to get an idea of what we wante. Presented the product and gave an excellant Demo. We also met with Neal the Sales Mgr and he and Alex in Finance made the process easy and smooth. Much better than past experiences at other dealerships. Deffinately a "No Hassle" organization. We would recommend them to all our friends and family. Thanks again. My wife loves her C-Max. Ok, seriously, we are experienced car shoppers /buyers and our experience today with Anthony was awesome! From the "meet and greet" to the final send off Anthony gave us exemplary service. Anthony Mata Best Costumer Service

Anthony matha provided me with the excellent costumer service and also best sales person. I had the best experience ever. Has a positive attitude, funny, explained everything very concise and caring as well makes sure everything is done. I would recommend him to anybody:)
