Our SUV broke down entirely and as a family of 5, we needed a replacement vehicle, fast. I filled out a dozen or more forms online for the desired types of 3 row SUVs that would work for us. The next morning, Hannah was the first of to reach me by phone, bright and early! It was a perfect match as far as the Carfax and she started meeting my requests in live time, got me pre-qualified so that I had an idea of monthly payments before actually pulling credit, and earned my trust within a couple of calls and messages. When I arrived, I could immediately sense the camaraderie between the salespeople and upper management, Saber in finance made this the smoothest transaction. Mike in the service department helped tremendously and answered all questions and concerns I had as it passed through inspection. Even the GM of that location put his magic touch on to help expedite and get the car delivered to us the minute it was done being detailed, and I'm 45 minutes away! I would recommend this location to the closest of friends and will definitely be back when it's time for another car/truck for the family, or when it's time to upgrade! 5 star service and wonderful people, this dealership was a joy to work with and to purchase from.

Although I did not purchase a vehicle. Hannah was very friendly and helpful, with each of my concerns, I would highly suggest asking for Hannah if you go into Camelback Ford Lincoln. Very professional and I will be coming by asking for her (when they get the car I want).

Update 6/24: Hannah (and Cody) went above and beyond to

Update 6/24: Hannah (and Cody) went above and beyond to make this transaction more pleasant than how it started. She stayed in constant communication after understanding how frustrating the situation was; and went out of her way to deliver the car to us last night. Thank you Hannah Original review: After dealing with 5 different people, I finally purchased a used car for my daughter on 6/15 The car still needed to go through shop inspection and detail. Several phone calls, and one more trip to the dealership, and still no clear answers as to what is going on with this car. Today I was told I would have to wait until after 1pm to get someone to look into it. Then I was put on hold by someone else saying they'd get me an update and pick right back up. She actually left me on hold then wouldn't answer multiple times when the operator transferred me back to her. I was also transferred to several managers phones, none of which answered. Getting run around after run around, and broken promises that I'll be kept in the loop. To put it nicely, people in this facility have very poor communication skills and severely lack car for their customers once they've signed the dotted line. By far the worst dealership experience I've had to date, and the first bad review I've left for a car dealer. Who knows, maybe this will get me some answers

Worse dealer I have ever dealt with in my 40 years of

Worse dealer I have ever dealt with in my 40 years of buying new cars. The service department is so bad the the service adviser is a do not tell the truth and have no idea what they are doing. Over a 2.5 hour for an oil change and tie rotation !!!!! And they never started it and I left. Appts to not mean anything to this dealer. My time is too value to be stilling in at Alford Dealer. Had the work done at Bell Ford. In and out the door in 90 minutes.
