I own a 2001 Toyota Tacoma 4WD pickup with over 200K

I own a 2001 Toyota Tacoma 4WD pickup with over 200K miles. It's worth maintaining and my Service Advisor, Matt G, is the perfect rep to help me. He owns and personally maintains his own older vehicles, so he's a wealth of knowledge and experience. He is excellent at identifying problems, prioritizing, and offering solution options. He goes above and beyond to communicate with his customers and the Service Technicians who do the repair work. He's patient, an excellent listener, and has a great sense of humor as well! The facility is spacious/comfortable, clean, and secure. The staff is professional and a pleasure to work with... and they provide shuttle service which makes it very easy for me to leave and retrieve my vehicle. I wouldn't keep coming back to AutoNation in Irvine if I was unhappy with their services. In the future I may decide to replace my aging vehicle... I recently test drove two SUVs with Sales Professional, Ali D, who was knowledgeable about his inventory and generous with his time. When I'm ready to make a new/used vehicle purchase, I wouldn't hesitate to go to this dealership!

I recently purchased a brand new Toyota Corolla from Autonation toyota Irvine and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and supported through every step of the process. The entire buying process was efficient and transparent. The staff told me that my car had a recall, and that the

The staff told me that my car had a recall, and that the recall was remedy not available yet, and that it was a manufacturer's problem. They said they could not buy this car, nor could they sell it in any Toyota store. We were about to leave, but they stopped us and said we could buy it, and that they would send the car to other stores that were not Toyota stores, and that they could cover the shipping cost, but they could not give us a higher price, and used this excuse to lower the price. Two days later, I saw that our car was selling on their store's website, and the address was the address of their store. I realized that they were deceiving consumers or negligent in selling the car that day, I decide to file a complaint to higher authorities.

Everyone I encounter was very courteous, displaying the utmost of professionalism. I think it?s a pick plus offering refreshments while clients are waiting on their vehicles to be serviced. I must admit that I really enjoyed the fresh popcorn. As a matter of fact I had two containers of it. A big thank you to all the staff at AutoNation.
