My husband I went to IAD in Laurel looking to purchase an SUV. We met daniel the sales manager as soon as we walked in the door and it was the best thing that could've happened to us. We felt immediately comfortable with daniel and his willingnessto help us get in to a car fast.

Got a 2014 Charger and I love it! Pauly was VERY helpful, understanding, and made the process easy. Kenneth (Kenny) got me financed at a VERY LOW interest rate and made sure I left with the car I wanted with payments I could afford. Long story short. I drove 5 hours to look at a van they had. They said it was in good shape and there wouldn't be any hidden fees. Got there and van had a big dent with rust in door. I still offer them full price listed on cars.com. They then told me there was a $1, 500 fee on truck. This is on top of tax, title, and tags. The fee is an expense they had by purchasing vehicle from auction and getting to lot ready to sell. I left there and went to a real dealership and purchased a van. When I told them of my experience with iad they laughed and said they never heard of anything like that. Guess that is how they have lower prices online than other companies. Good luck!

So I heard the IAD Auto commercial on the radio and recommened my boyfriend check them out. We visited the Landover dealership and met Alex. Alex was an excellent auto leasing consultant! Two months after my boyfriend financed his Audi from IAD Auto I decided it was time for me to get a new/used ride. I had no idea on what type of car I wanted; however, I knew that I have a strict budget to stick to and a repossession in my past history. So I worked with Fred, Daniel and Margarita at IAD Auto in Laurel, MD. They were a dream to work with! I test drove two vehicles and settle on a 2012 Malibu. Before I make purchases I always go to the review boards and see what other customers are saying and today I'm finally writing a review of my own. My IAD experience was a pleasant (slight long) one. They helped me to get out of a nightmare balloon financing auto loan with Regency Acceptance and I am so appreciative for that. I had my own financing but they still managed to squeeze 500 dollars out of me which I was not expecting and I honestly think they could have did without. Nonetheless, I finally left the dealership with a Mercedes E350. I love the car but a week into driving my front headlamp went out and there is no windshield wiper fluid in the car. Also, I'm quite sure the car needs new rotors. I plan on calling my sales person and and seeing if I can have these items fixed before I go through DC inspection. But besides that I am happy with my purchase and I will refer them pending the fixed items and inspection outcome.

I had purchased a 2012 Ford Escape and did not understand some of the vehicle settings which were rather confusing. The sales staff was so personable the General Sales Manager Kenneth Carpenter did NOT hesitate to address my concerns immediately. I believe with the sales team in place they are destined to do big things. I would DEFINITELY recommend anyone in search of a vehicle to stop by and see what they can do for you; I did & and was very happy with my purchase.
