Not the truth.

$25 dollars and forget about it . Not true. Yes, I have bad credit and I had a cosigner and still they wanted $3000 to $4000 down. I say forget about it.

The Worst experience of my life

I just purchase a car. First time buyers and no credit. I already feel like this was the worst mistake of my life. Everything was "ok" until we went to finance the car. They lie to me about the price. Then they offer me different deals that didn't fit my budget. Literally force me on a down payment I didn't have!!! I refuse to purchase the vehicule and they insisted to the point that we end up signing to a nightmare!!! I'm extremely unhappy w their service. They rush to make us sign paperwork that wasn't even explain to us, left the dealer w no paper work or copies. Had to go back the next day to get them. All the paperwork is So confusing. And 2 days later I come to find out I sign stuff I didn't agree on and that were not explain to us. I feel like I'm living a nightmare. This is not even Half of what happen to us...... I wish I never went to this place!!!

My overall experience was excellent! I was serviced by Samantha, who was very helpful, even though I had to purchase a vehicle elsewhere. Samantha was very patient and understanding to my situation and persistent in helping me during the process. I would refer her to everyone that walks through the door. Again, thank you Samantha!!!

Very Pleasant Experience !

I spent last Friday evening at Carmax in Laurel looking at cars and went to IAD the following day. I'm not knocking Carmax but my experience at IAD was so much better. I don't have the best credit but my salesperson Samantha treated me like I was royalty. I got the car I wanted at a price I could afford with payments that I can handle. The purchase was handled in a very professional manner without the high pressure. I am taking my brother to see Samantha next weekend to buy a car too.

They worked it out

I was in the market for a car and began searching the internet. In searching dealerships in tv area I came across IAD auto who had a 2010 Nissan Maxima which I love. I filled out the contact information online and stopped into the Laurel store. I was immediately treated by a pleasant woman named Samantha. She ran to the door to open it for me as I approached the location and greater me with a sincere welcome. Although I didn't walk out the same day with the car I wanted I did walk away two weeks later with it. I have challenged credit so some negotiations had to take place on my behalf with the finance company and luckily it worked. I got a great car and am very happy. Thanks Samantha and the finance team for making it happen.

RUN AWAY!!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO BUY A CAR!!!!!!! I purchased a 2012 Chevy Impala with 36,000 mile on it on 11-23-2013 from here and as of 12-23-2013 my "ENGINE IS GONE". I took my car to my mechanic on 12-27-2013 for some noise that I was hearing on the vehicle and I was diagnosed that the "ENGINE"is going bad. I called IAD after getting that bad news frustrated and all they could tell me was call CHEVY because you have a warranty. IAD was very nasty to me the hung up the phone on me a few times and all. Now even if you don't know about cars people anyone shoud know that "NO ENGINE should go bad on a vehicle with low miles so with that being said I think someone change the milage back on the vehicle just to sell it. I'm still battling this problem and IAD has not called me to check on the issue or nothing. My warranty company is willing to repair the engine only with prove of oil changes. I then called IAD again on 12/30/2013 to request this paper work they hav given me incomplete paperwork so now Chevy is saying that they will not be able to replace my engine with the paperwork that IAD has given me. IAD is the worse place ever. Please do not purchase a VEHICLE FORM THIS PLACE. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU GO OUT TO THIS PLACE.

Buying experience with AID Auto -Toyota Camy Le

I just bought a 2011 on 12/7/13 from IAD's Laurel location. The sales person was Ashley. I have been looking for a Camry for over a month and have seen a lot that I have been interested in. But once I walked into the dealership and saw the 2011 Toyota Camry I bought, I knew this may be the one. But what geared me more to the car was the professional attitude of Ashley. We went for the usual test drive etc. She was more than a sales person as we talked pretty much about everything during the test drive. I felt very comfortable with her and the car was also in an excellent condition and had a fair price. Fred the General Manager also made my experience a lot more comfortable as he was just a "joker" but also a very good salesman. Ashley walked out with me thanking me for the purchase. She was very grateful. I would strongly recommend IAD Auto to anyone looking for a very good used car at a fair price, as well as someone looking for a professional service.

Arrived in a Taxi......Drove back in a new truck

I arrived in a Taxi on Friday at 2:30 pm, by 5:30 pm I was out the door in a new truck, credit approved and all. Many thanks go out to Ed, Samantha and Constantine for making this happen in an expeditious way. They worked with me to make sure that I wouldn't be disappointed and I am not. Highly recommended !!!

Outstanding Service

On October 24th, i called in to this dealership looking for a used car. The employee that answered greeted me with a chipper , "Good Afternoon! This is Samantha, how may i help you?" I didn't have much hope for the possibility of actually getting a car because my credit is not very good, but she informed me that that dealership was the home of GUARANTEED CREDIT APPROVAL . I was able to go in, and with just a little bit of paperwork, i was able to leave with exactly the car that i wanted. If you really need a car, and you just want to cut to the chase, go there ,and ask for Samantha!

Friendly Approach

Ive been car shopping for a while, and I'm always afraid to go to the dealership because I'm afraid of the high pressure sales. I went to IAD, and quickly said the customary ,"just looking" when the saleswoman tried to help me. She didn't seem to mind that i wasn't going to buy the car, and even gave me numbers and the information i needed to buy it. It was not your typical used car buying experience. Her name was Samantha , and she was very helpful.
