I have been told that my ev will be fully charged when i come to pick it up but it wasnt fully charged it was less than half so after all paper works i went to charge the car it was hard at first because i needed download the app etc etc etc

Wanted to post this for any potential buyer looking to purchase here. I had an interest in one of their vehicles, for which I submitted an inquiry - advised them that trade in FMV was impt. The salesman never asked for any pics, just mileage and VIN. The salesman and I guess the used car mgr, who can’t read details or a window sticker, gave a lowball trade in around 5000 dollars and when I looked at the details, they had failed to pick the correct engine type and all options, which my car has every manufacturer option. I’d never recommend these shady characters to anyone. Buyer beware
