I bought a used 2010 FFRR SC, when I went it was raining, the very helpful Steve Dargenio stood in the rain and answered my questions and made every effort to see that all of my concerns were addressed, even got me some rubber mats and a hatch support cable. The truck was beautifully detailed, and Steve was ready with all of the paperwork when I went to pick it up. My overall experience was great. They were honest, prompt, professional, and transparent. The process was easy considering my previous experience with other dealers including. Mercedes Benz who were very dishonest. I would recommend J & S over any other luxurious dealership. I love my new ride

BEWARE Dishonest dealer!!! Called this dealer a day before and gave him a deposit. After I drove there for three hours and when I got there he told me the car was pulled off the lot by the owner when actually it was sold to another client. And apparently this client was talking to a dealer for a week trying to make a deal and yet the dealer made me drive there 180 miles just to get me on a lot and trying to sell me another car.

You can trust these guys, Rami is the sales man John is the owner Tim is the finance guy. I bought a 328xi 19k miles from them, it was BMW corporate leased vehicle bought at bmw auction w clean carfax.. 2 weeks down the road i found out the car had been in an accident, but no on the car fax,told rami, he made sure he did everything to fix it. But could not be fixed hence he spoke to john and made sure I did not lose money on the deal ( lost 0$ on the money i paid including tax and registration) They let me use my 328 till I found a car i like in their parking lot, I finally closed the deal on the 335xi 2011 19k miles. Drove off from there yesterday with a car and a smile on my face. Do your homework on the car. The cars here with low miles are usually backed by manufactures warranty. so, be smart and you can hold them up to their word.

Went to look at 2009 G37 convertible, price was not negotiable. Salesman had someone else coming in to look at it within the hour. You ever walk into a bar and know right away you aren't going to stay? You get the same feeling when you walk into J&S any location. Needless to say went to Infiniti dealer and it was like night and day. No gimmicks, double talk (No one was coming to see the car I was looking at within in the hour), no shady feeling.

I had gone to J and S with some credit issues,I had met Henry and Tim in the finance office. I know my credit was a challenge but Tim and Henry went out of their way to treat me with respect and fairness. I had called and gone to other dealers and once they Knew I had credit issues they didn't want anything to do with me. They were AWESOME. I would highly recommend Henry and Tim. if you have credit issues, don't be afraid to call them they can help you.
