Lied to me about vehicle being damage free, there were

Lied to me about vehicle being damage free, there were dents in the back and scuff on the rear corner. Lied to me about the charger being included. Mismatched tires. 3 of which were dangers to drive on. (bands showing, bulging on side wall and leaking no treed) Severally neglected suspension maintenance: bad/damaged upper control arms, terrible alignment, half shafts clicking. Parts from other cars in the trunk. And lied about what date the car was going to be picked up also caused some confusion. They demand that you wire money before you sign contract and then the contract just says they owe you nothing and vehicle is As Is.. In the end I received a car for $50k that I can’t drive, and can’t charge. Do business with these guy is you want to wake up every day pissed!

This dealership lied to me NUMEROUS times and had plenty

This dealership lied to me NUMEROUS times and had plenty of times to just tell me the truth and didn't....after they ROYALLY screwed me over I was offered to be sourced a car on the 1 they screwed me over with and ALL OF THE CARS were 5 to 20k more...so basically I ran my credit on a LOCKED IN deal w them for Them lie to me so I ran my credit ran to shop rates 3 times for a so called locked in deal they were lying to me about the ENTIRE TIME!!! and was basically told either take an unessassry credit hit FOR NO REASON OR PAY MORE MONEY!!!! can't stand liars !!!!!

Clown show, George the manager is a joke.

Clown show, George the manager is a joke. No one knows anything, could not get vehicle spec right, offered contradiction statements on options, staff barely speaks English, talks down to you in a condescending tone. Newsflash, when dealing with cash buyers on $200,000+ cars maybe forget you run a Mitsubishi dealership and have some class, chump.

A great place to shop that doesn't play games like the

A great place to shop that doesn't play games like the corporate dealerships. The more you know about the car you are interested in, the better deal you will get. Negotiation was smooth with just the right amount of haggle. This was the 6th car that I have bought from them. I wish they sold motorcycles also.

From start to finish easy transaction.

From start to finish easy transaction. Car was represented well. Staff was courteous and helpful. Would definitely buy another car here in the future.

Everything worked as promised.

Everything worked as promised. Felip was a great salesman that helped make it comfortable to purchase a vehicle remotely. Not everyone I spoke with at the dealership was polite, but Felip Gaworek, was an honest gentleman, and I am happy with the purchase.

I trusted the review score (probably faked up) and spent

I trusted the review score (probably faked up) and spent almost 1k on inspection and traveling. Car condition wasn't that good / clean when I traveled to the dealership and test drove. I didn't want to even negotiate the price for the condition because their finance department wanted ridiculous double sales tax and was trying to assign a ridiculously loaded interest rate. I had other preapproval but the double sales tax collection was a show stopper even if the price is adjusted for the car condition. Tony the sales guy was good but he had no power over the ridiculous double sales tax.

The staff was very helpful, very transparent and

The staff was very helpful, very transparent and efficient. This is the fourth car. I’ve bought over the years from J&S. I would recommend them to anyone!

People are friendly and politely trying to help.

People are friendly and politely trying to help. My salesman was Filip Gaworek, a soft speaking kind gentleman who is always respond your face to face or text question. The paperwork young man and the girl called me on the phone do their jobs efficiently and concisely. The only thing came to me inconveniently was not enough knowledge of Filip's BMW IX instructions. And since he has to cover so many different brands of cars, I still think he is deserved an A.
