2019 Escape

Dealt wit Dave Reed. He was the reason we purchased our vehicle from Gordie Boucher Ford!! Great guy. Good salesman to work with. He is knowledgeable, helpful and personable. No pressure but had all the information and options to offer us so we could make the right choice for our needs. Every aspect of transaction went smooth and he kept us informed and up to date. When our Escape was ready to go he made sure we knew all the features and went over all of them and did a followup contact. Very satisfied with our purchasing experience!!

2019 Explorer

At my age (71) have bought a lot of vehicles and this by far was the easiest and most pleasant experience ever...most importantly they were price competitive new and my trade

2013 Ford Escape rear brake service

Very clean facility and waiting room, knowledgeable service advisor (Robert K.), and they are cost competitive using their service coupon. No pressure to purchase additional services either. Work done was done in a timely manner.

Service review

Had a good experience having my Ford Explorer Sport Trac serviced for a cooling system problem. Considering it's age (2003) the technicians had to work carefully to remove some corroded bolts so as not to break them off. They did it with no problem.

Boucher Ford in Menomonee Falls, WI

We had a fantastic "no pressure" experience! Joe Jubran was very knowledgable and went out of his way to make this a great experience. I left with my new Explorer feeling very comfortable behind the wheel!

How car buying should be

This was by far the most painless car-buying experience I've had. Lucas made every effort to ensure that it went extremely smooth. All the paperwork was ready when we arrived, so all that needed to be done was a few signatures. This is the 3rd vehicle I've bought from Boucher and I'm sure it won't be the last.

Service Work

The service on my 2017 Explorer was completed quickly and on-time, thank you. The disappointment I have wasn't with my sales person, but with the people who closed the sale. I was offered lifetime oil changes, for a fee at the time of closing. I specifically ask, "is this for as long as I own the truck." He replied, "absolutely." My wife was their and confirmed the statement. However when I received the service book it contained only 7 oil change coupons. I've ask two service department workers about my concern and they've both replied differently. One said, "you need to contact your sales person," the other said, "we wouldn't offer lifetime oil changes, you could come every month for free oil changes." Instead of addressing my concern, they dismissed it. I've purchased 3 vehicles from Gordie Boucher Ford and if they don't honor their employees commitment, it will be my last.
