I went to have my airbags replaced and the customer service started with the repair scheduling my repair. I had a conflict with the date they gave me to bring my Ford Mustang in, but the service rep allowed me to bring the car in the day before, which resolved my conflict and allowed me to get my car back sooner. The courtesy van dropped me back home and the next day, when the car was done, picked me up from home. The driver was very courteous, polite and a good conversationalist. Service department noticed several lights that were not working. They notified me and I gave permission to repair the lights, they also inspected the vehicle and noted warranty work that needed to be done, and gave an estimate on repairing the rear brakes. There was no pressure put on me to have the brakes done right away, but I really appreciated the inspection and estimate given. Great experience!

The service was less than desirable the first time I took my car in for service. It took 3 times going back to get it right. Mias Schwabe made it his mission to ensure I left with a positive overall experience. He went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with all of my service needs. If it wasn't for Mias, I don't think that I would have given Boucher Ford in Menomonee Falls a second chance. Thank you very much Mias. You are a spectacular employee and know what it takes to make sure the Customer leaves happy. I now feel comfortable saying that I would definitely go back to Boucher in the Falls.

Had the vehicle style and type I was looking for. Sales staff are very helpful and considerate. I'm a buyer not a "tire kicker" and the people at the dealership know that. There is no time wasted on price dickering. I told them what I wanted in a vehicle, they had one, and we made a deal within about an hour of my time at the dealership. DONE!!

While my car was in for repairs requiring an over night stay the service consultant keep me up to date on the progress,arranged for me to be picked up at my home (very prompt too),checked to make sure I was clear on work that was performed. Car was washed when returned to me.
