I found a 2013 Ford Transit Connect XLT Wagon online that fit my needs, although this dealership was 2 hours away, I requested a quote and information online. I received such an outstanding and quick response from Kez Ford that I just had to make the trip! First, before I drove down, I was quickly contacted and received a quote online, which surprised me. Once I got there, I was truly amazed at the truly exceptional experience that I received (10 stars). Kez got me the best deal without haggle and in a timely manner. My husband and I went to the dealership looking for a larger SUV for our family. The sales staff was not pushy, arrogant or obnoxious. We were able to test drive the vehicle, quickly settle on a price and get financing. Once the process was completed a very friendly business manager named Mary walked through the paper work with me for final inspection. Everyone was professional, helpful and made buying a car a pleasant experience!

It was liking picking out a diamond ring! My husband had been working with Lori for about 2 weeks or so. He had identified what was to be my perfect car and contacted Lori about being on the lookout for a particular vehicle . It seems that the ideal car was in transit and it could not be secured until reaching the dealership. It was the Ford Fusion Titanium HYBRID. No one in our Orlando market could get their hands on this car with the option package that we wanted. I had two color preferences and Lori called to say she had both the Sterling and the White Platinum Metallic Tri-Coat, ( that's a mouthful). We drove, 153 miles, and what do we see just waiting for Me but the White Platinum Metallic Tri-Coat vehicle glowing in the beautiful sunshine. I was smitten ! No need to even look at the sterling. My husband had already spoken to John and Lori prior to our arrival what his expectations were before making the drive and they delivered. Buying a car can be a very long process and my husband wanted me to have a seamless experience. We got there at around 1 pm and were done by 4pm. We test drove the vehicle and learned about all the amazing features and the services at Rountree -Moore Ford Dealership. Lori was so patient answering all of our questions. While the car was in detailing we secured our financing and got to know the friendly team at Rountree-Moore Ford. There is a reason why this group has been around 89 years and I am sure it is because of individuals who work there. Arron the Business Manager and John the Sales Manger were genuine in making sure we were completely satisfied. We thought we were ready to go when we were then introduced to Mary Rountree. I can only describe her as delightful and charming. If I were to give her a title it would be Ambassador of Branding . To all those who read this: allow this group to have your business. They will find your vehicle and you will be a customer for life.

Absolutely recommend Rountree Moore! We drove from Georgia to purchase a Ford Fusion. We called beforehand & told them what we were looking for & how much we wanted to pay. They made it so worth our while. There was no back-and-to with figures & Eddie Gregory was very straight forward & helpful. I am so excited about my new car & I tell everyone where it came from.
