Do NOT use this dealership!

Do NOT use this dealership!! They are dishonest, untrustworthy and do not know what they are doing. The transmission on our 2020 vehicle that we purchased from this dealership went out. Come to find out, they sold us the WRONG warranty policy at purchase and then refused to replace it with one of equal value. Frustrated and not wanting to give this dealership anymore of our money, we agreed to the basic ford policy. Yet again, the wrong policy was issued a 2nd time!! Our car took over a month to fix. We had an electrical issue that would have been covered if the first policy were valid as it supposedly covered both electrical and whole car. However they refused. Also at time of pickup our car’s battery was dead and had to be jumped off with no windshield wiper fluid present as well. I am praying we do not have to see them again due to a dead battery. This was an awful experience.

I contacted Jayden because I found a specific truck I’ve been looking for for years. I was in the middle of my very busy season at work and told Jayden I wasn’t interested in driving the hour up there to waste my time. He assured me he wouldn’t do that. And he wasn’t lying. Not only did we get my truck but we also left with a new suv for my wife as well. I appreciate the honesty and transparency we were afforded during our transactions. We will be back (hopefully not soon). Well done!!!

My experience with Rountree Moore Ford Service Department

My experience with Rountree Moore Ford Service Department was a horrible experience. There was inadequate and unclear communication. During the 2 days my car was in for the repair, I was not kept up to date with the progress of the repair. Though I was assured that I would be kept up to date about what was found and the progress of the repair, I was not notified what had been found or told how long the repair would take.

Great Experience

This purchase of a new 2024 Mustang GT Prem Convertible took place entirely over the phone as the dealership had this car configured as I wanted. The dealership is about 350 miles away and I found the car using the Ford.com search website. Rountree-Moore Ford was easy to work with. My salesman Fernando Zamora provided outstanding service!!
