I've had some bad car buying experiences but this one

I've had some bad car buying experiences but this one takes the cake! First let me say i live over an hour from this dealership. I responded to a promotional event advertising no money down and that they will take over payments on ANY vehicle. I spent all day Friday in their office waiting on paperwork... no clue why. I was shown a 2021 dodge ram and a 2023 edge as my potential vehicles. End of the day comes and we are still doing paperwork but the person we need has LEFT FOR THE DAY..... so i wait until Saturday... all day... and after 4pm I'm told come on up!!! We got you ready!! 10 minutes later... we need $1000 down...... I'm pretty mad. Monday comes, i sell my old car to get the $1000 down... call the dealer (Bryan Buonvino) who is still ready to sell me my car... come on up he says!! What kind of car is it? Someone just traded the perfect car for you 2021 HYUNDAI SANTA FE..... come on up! Get dropped off your new car is here waiting....i get there with my $1000.... to find bryan has me a 2017 hyundai tuscon with FRONT END DAMAGE!!! They got me with a bait and switch!!! And he was gonna let me get dropped off there knowing i was so far from home with no car...HE WAS ACTUALLY GOING TO FORCE ME INTO IT!!! Thank God my friend hadn't left yet! Idk if everyone has the same experience. Don't waste your precious time!! Go somewhere ANYWHERE else. You won't catch my black xxx in lake city again!! 😒

Fixing to go. To Florida highway.

Roundtree Moore got paid $4450.75 from my. Vet insurance company now they can’t get a headlight for Toyota yes they can. A. Original headlight in. Here in Florida. Just a phone call away had. Toyota since may going July 2023 trying to keep $$4450.73 in their pockets. Still was sented for parts and labor. On June 7,2023 going to go to FHP in Florida called them advise to sent in report in on roundtree ford lake city Florida
