Simple oil change took way too long (almost two hours) and my truck was returned to me with mud on the front carpet, floor mat, door bottom and door sill. This was my first service and I was not impressed at all with it.

A special shout out to Abby, who efficiently handled all the paperwork during pickup and took the time to walk me through the car’s features, including how to connect my phone to Apple CarPlay.
