Nice Dealer

Knowledgeable salesperson, easy buying experience

Taylor and team were very easy to work with on my recent purchase of a new Highlander. They found a vehicle with the features I needed and the negotiation & payment processes were very simple. The staff was friendly and considerate. Thank you!

Above and Beyond effort to find my dream Tacoma

Was told that Finding a 2015 Tacoma V6, 4x4, "Access Cab"; would be difficult to say the least....I have no use of a 4 door, "Pre-Runner".....seriously...why even own a truck......I'm an Ironworker by trade and an avid hunter/fisherman as well....so I require as much bed length and width as possible. My old Tacoma was a '99, V6, 4x4, SR5, Extended Cab that I bought new and kept for 16 yrs., ( 220,000 miles) well....it threw a rod......Blew the Engine....became a Tacoma "Flowerpot"....this after I had 3300.00 of repairs done to keep it goin' a little longer so I could save up 3 or 4000 for a down payment....I'm still paying on that service work.......Anyway, without my knowing, Andy took it upon himself to try and find this "Rare" Access Cab Tacoma 4x4,.....he not only found one, he found my dream Tacoma, color, options, were perfect. He made arrangements to trade for this truck; it was in Alabama, and "then" Andy contacted me claiming he found "My Tacoma" and if I came in to see him he show me pictures and a copy of the MSRP with all the options. When I met him at the Dealership, he produced the papers and photo's, then he proceeded to tell me that,.....all these things he said and did were totally initiated by Andy, not at my request,....So he discounted the Tacoma 2500.00 and then hit me with a 1500.00 trade in allowance for my aforementioned Tacoma "Flowerpot"..... and with the proffesional help of Dick Warren, the man is the epitomy of what every sales person should strive to be, a deal was made and I still can't believe that my perfect Tacoma is parked in my driveway.....Darrell Ernspiker email Leeernspiker@gmail.com

Used Car Purchase Experience

The purchase was a good experience and not painful. Our sales person was most helpful and communicated very well with us. We will be back to look for a car for my son.

Excellent and Amazing!!

It was a great experience. No one tried to push anything extra on us. Stacey was an amazing salesman. Arnold Harrison is a true finance director because he knows numbers well and he knows what is best for the customers. I felt like this was the best experience. We have a Mercedes as well but their customer services cannot top Nalley Toyota.

Danny!!!

I never brought a car before and was looking to purchase a car. Danny helped me from start to finish get a dependable car. He even helped me get awesome insurance coverage! He was very friendly and inviting and made this a smooth transaction!!!

Nothing compares to Nalley

I purchased my vehicle from Nalley and it has been the best decision made to date for me. I LOVE MY 4-RUNNER :-)! The service is exemplary. The service advisors work extremely hard to build trust by constantly proving themselves to be trustworthy. For example, my brakes have been making a slight noise and when checked out Steve Nowak informed me that the pads were only about 50% worn. He also made it clear that there are no safety issues. I decided to put him to the test and asked what he would do if he was in my position. He was very honest and stated that given the current condition and if the slight noise isn't bothersome (actually far from it) he would wait. He sent a clear message that when he makes a recommendation regarding service, it can clearly be justifed. As a single Mom managing a chronic health issue, I am always mindful of my budget and apparently so is Nalley. Thank you and keep up the good work! GLewellen

Sales as good as the service dept

We've been taking our Prius to Nalley for a while now and have been very impressed by it. When I decided to get a second Prius, I felt the most comfortable knowing that I'd be going to a dealer with a great service dept.
